Good morning, my name is Carlito Carvalho. I work at Sweetgreen in Chappaqua, New York. I feel there has been discrimination and unfair treatment from some managers and shift leaders, especially Verona, Danielle, and Crystal. Recently, they sent me home for not being in proper uniform, claiming I didn't wear a hair net when I had one on due to my dreadlocks. Despite my efforts to comply, they still insisted. I was then asked not to return, which I found unjust as I always made sure my appearance met the standards. Additionally, I was given more tasks without proper compensation and felt disrespected by Verona. Their management of my hours also seemed biased, depriving me of opportunities for overtime. I am considering legal action due to the financial strain and emotional toll this has caused me.

My husband gave me a gift card for Valentine's Day. I visited the store on 2/19/23 to use it, but the store was too crowded. My friend suggested I download the app to shop online. Unfortunately, when I tried to enter the gift card number on the app, it didn't work. I ended up using my regular debit card to make a purchase quickly. Today, when I went back to the same store to buy a salad, I was surprised to hear there was a $0 balance on the gift card. I never got to use it because of the app issue, but now $60 seems to have vanished. I need assistance with this matter as I don't want the money to go to waste.

I have recently been working at the Addison store for about 5 days undergoing training with Sweet Greens. Initially, the training went well, but I started to notice favoritism towards certain employees during later shifts. I often felt like they were talking about me, noticing the mistakes I made without acknowledging my hard work or punctuality. The way they interacted with me felt disrespectful and I sensed negativity. They focused on superficial things like my nails, made me feel singled out, and talked down to me in front of others. I felt like I was back in high school facing a "mean girls" situation. When I tried to address these issues, they reacted defensively and it seemed like they conspired against me. Despite feeling unfairly treated and not wanting to continue working there, I believe my side of the story was not heard. The whole experience left me feeling disappointed and undervalued.

I submitted my order after paying for a membership. Upon pick-up, I was informed that the $3 online order discount and the initial $5 promo discount were not applied. There was no option to input the promo code during the online ordering process. I have made a $10 payment and feel I am owed an $8 credit for the unapplied discounts. If you cannot clarify or resolve this issue, please cancel my account. I am hesitant to pay the $10 charge without receiving any discounts. I followed the instructions provided but did not receive the proper discounts. Looking forward to your response. - A.M. [redacted]. I have recently noticed an unauthorized $10 monthly charge on my SweetGreen app account that began on 5/29. I wish to have this charge ceased and refunded promptly. The transactions were debited from my credit card ending in x4199. I did not sign up for this service and seek to resolve this matter without providing full credit card information due to privacy concerns. I trust this issue will be rectified soon. Thank you. Kristi
