I am having trouble accessing my Swagbucks account. I initially signed up through Google and completed surveys for around two weeks. I redeemed points for a $25 gift card and received a confirmation, however, I never received the gift card. Recently, I am unable to log in using my Google account. I am receiving multiple emails and text messages daily prompting me to complete surveys and submit receipts for points, but I am only directed to the login page. I have tried contacting Swagbucks via emails to [redacted] and [redacted], but have not received any response.
I bought two $[redacted] Carnival Cruise gift cards totaling $[redacted], but I haven't received them yet. The status still shows as processing, and my account doesn't display the gift cards. Frustrated, I requested a refund by canceling my purchase. Despite calling the [redacted] number, no one has answered, and I'm eagerly awaiting my money back. With a cruise looming in a few weeks, I urgently need the refund. Had I known it would be this confusing, I wouldn't have made the purchase.
Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my phone causing me to lose a game of Dice with Buddies at level 36. I have followed all instructions given to me. I am eagerly awaiting the two dollars promised for participating in the offer. At 66 years old, it was quite a challenge. I participated in the Swagstakes and used all my Swagbucks for multiple entries. Recently, I was informed via email that I won a $50 PayPal gift certificate. However, Swagbucks has placed my account on hold, requesting that I provide a photo of my ID due to alleged suspicious activity. I find this timing strange, as the hold occurred right after my winning notification. I am puzzled by what this suspicious activity could be and question the legitimacy of the Swagstakes promotion.
Today, I attempted to sign up for Swagbucks. I entered my email, created a password, and agreed to the Terms. However, upon trying to sign in, I received an error message. I then attempted to sign in using my Google account, but nothing happened. When I tried to register again, it stated that there was already an account with my email. Subsequently, I tried both methods multiple times, leading to a message stating "too many failed attempts." I am unsure of what the issue may be.
I am unable to participate in surveys on Swagbucks at the moment because there seems to be an issue with my responses. I have been notified that my answers are not in line with the guidelines or have inconsistencies. I redeemed a gift card, and when I tried to do the phone verification, the code wasn't sent. Even after attempting multiple times, I still couldn't receive the code, and now I keep getting an error message saying "Phone verification failed. Unable to send PIN." Oddly enough, my phone verification was successful before when I didn't redeem anything. I am having an issue with not receiving credit for completing a game. I would like to speak with a representative to resolve this matter. I have spent the necessary funds and have evidence to support my claim. The game in question is "Mergeland Alice in Wonderland" for $[redacted]. I began playing on 9/16 and finished on 10/19. Despite completing the initial task and being credited the correct amount, it showed as "rewarded" and removed from my game list. I continued playing as instructed. Hello, I have reached out multiple times to Swagbucks through email but have not received any response regarding my deactivated account. After following the instructions of a Swagbucks employee to submit a ticket about completing specific tasks, my account was deactivated. I provided screenshots as proof of completing the tasks and verifying my account. Despite this, my account remains deactivated, and I have been informed that I violated terms and conditions without a clear explanation of how. I have accumulated nearly 8,[redacted] SB through hard work and personal investment in offers. I am unable to access my account to retrieve these SB. I have submitted evidence to Swagbucks customer service, including screenshots and emails from their employee instructing me to follow certain steps. When I try to use the search bar on Swagbucks, I receive an error message stating "Err:net:clear text not permitted" or "the web page could not be loaded because net: ERR_unknown_url_scheme." I paid $49.95 to Get A Answer for help, but have not received any assistance. I just want this issue resolved so I can enjoy using the app. I have tried contacting Swagbucks through email and phone, but have not received any responses. I have invested a lot of money into this app, but I am not getting all my reward points and I am unable to use most of the features. I simply want them to fix their app as I have tried to troubleshoot the issue on my end without success. I was informed that they need to address this matter.
