I placed an order for a paring knife (order #SF[redacted]) on December 2nd, and as of now, the website still shows my order as processing. I needed the knife by this Tuesday and assumed standard 5-7 day shipping would have ensured its arrival. Unfortunately, I haven't received it yet. I attempted to contact customer service via email, but encountered an error prompting me to call instead. After leaving a callback number, I have not received a response. At this juncture, I simply wish to cancel my order.

I recently purchased the American Doughnut Workshop as a Christmas gift for myself and my daughter (Order Number: SF[redacted]). We attended the workshop on Sunday, December 29th at 10:00 A.M in Westlake, Ohio. Unfortunately, our experience was not pleasant. We expected to receive guidance and instruction during the class, but Chef Angel did not provide the necessary information. He did not explain what type of dough we were using or offer clear instructions throughout the session. When we asked for clarification, his actions left us with nothing to do as he took over tasks. The lack of communication and guidance made the class challenging. We felt the need to seek help from other participants. We also missed out on participating in certain tasks during the break as Chef Angel did not involve us. I have attended many cooking classes before, and this experience was subpar. I would appreciate the opportunity to attend another workshop at no cost to make up for this disappointing experience. If this is not feasible, I would like a refund for the workshop and reimbursement for travel expenses from Wooster. Thank you.

I purchased a grill press from Sur La Table with the understanding from their website FAQ that it would fit a Le Creuset square grill pan, but unfortunately it does not. I am looking to return it but do not want to incur any shipping charges due to the misinformation on their website. I have attempted to contact them via email, but have not received a response. Additionally, I spent over 40 minutes on hold with their customer service line with no answer. I even tried faxing them, but it has been 2 days without any reply.

I have a pair of sur la table tongs that pose a pinching risk due to their design flaw. When holding them at the fulcrum end, there is a serious potential for pinching, unlike my less expensive tongs that do not have this issue. The problem escalates as the instinctive reaction to being pinched is to release the tongs, which unfortunately intensifies the pinching. This results in a painful double crescent-shaped wound on the palm. I kindly request a redesign of these kitchen tongs to prevent such incidents. Thank you.

I placed an order (SF[redacted]) for a stand mixer on November 13th, but there has been a delay. After contacting customer service via email and phone, I was given multiple different promises for shipping updates. Despite trying GetHuman's customer service number, I faced long wait times and issues with the callback system. The instructions to leave a message led to a full voicemail box, adding to the frustration. As of today (12/14), a month has passed since ordering the $[redacted] mixer, with no resolution in sight. The overall experience with customer service has been disappointing and unhelpful, leaving us in the dark about our purchase.
