A while ago, I sent an email regarding the missing drum on my 2nd cartridge. It seems I misunderstood the instructions due to the small print. I wish the website had clearer instructions and images on how to release the cartridge from the drum mechanism. It would be helpful to know why parts like the green "release" tab are missing. As an engineer, I like to understand the process. Clear drawings or explanations make it easier for me to follow. Your support tech can change cartridges quickly, but I value a clean process. I am looking to replace the LINKYO premium cartridge for my Canon ImageClass D530 printer. The cartridge model is LY-3500BOO1-[redacted], which is a black toner cartridge suitable for use as a replacement for Canon128. Although I have located the cartridge in the printer, I am unsure of how to remove the current one and install the new cartridge. In the past, I relied on a YouTube video for guidance, but I am unable to access it now. Can someone provide me with instructions or guidance on how to complete this task?
