This experience has been disappointing as a long-time customer. Despite feeling inclined to discard my coupon, I felt it necessary to notify you that I, as a committed customer, struggled to reach customer support for assistance and to place an order. Today, I attempted to contact your number, [redacted], and still encountered a busy signal after multiple attempts. I kindly request an extension or reissuance of my expired (5/15) discount coupon and seek assistance with my queries. Appreciate your prompt attention. - Jan D.
