I recently received my order, which I loved, but one of the tops was too big. After mailing it back and requesting a smaller size for that specific item, all four items were sent to me in a smaller size instead. I kept the exchanged item and sent back the other three in the provided envelope. However, I received an email requesting the return of the items, which I had already done several weeks ago. I responded to them explaining the situation as follows:
"I enjoyed the items I received in my order, except for one shirt that was oversized. I returned one out of the four items and requested a smaller size. I made the payment on Oct 2, [redacted], at 06:59:54 PDT with Transaction ID: [redacted]91R618412N. Subsequently, I received all four items in a smaller size, of which I returned three using the provided envelope. I was unaware that I needed a different label for the return process, as the original instruction stated to place any unwanted items into the return envelope. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated."

I made a purchase today, November 15, [redacted], at the Shop, totaling $[redacted].62 for 3 items. However, the order confirmation states it will be processed on November 16, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I no longer have enough funds in my account for this purchase. The transaction is currently on hold. I sincerely apologize for this error and would like to request a refund to my debit card to prevent the order from being shipped. My account balance is now only $42.67, and I am unaware of the expenses incurred by my husband last night with his friends. I recently received my first Stitch Fix delivery as a new subscriber. However, I am experiencing issues accessing the stitchfix.com site on my iPhone to give feedback. I find it frustrating that although I was able to set up the account and receive my order, I am now unable to access the website. I am also concerned about my credit card information. I am returning the entire order as I cannot contact Customer Service for assistance. Please refrain from sending any further deliveries until this issue is resolved. Thank you.

I am prepared to return all the clothing items I received. I misplaced the return envelope and information, so I intend to send it back to the Bethlehem, PA address. I hope this is the correct address. I will try my best to provide feedback on what I liked and disliked about the garments.
1. Favorite: The green raincoat from 41 Hawthorn. I admired the color, collar, pockets, buttons, belt, and style. I found the houndstooth lining a striking contrast. If buying, I would need minor adjustments like darts. Currently, I have enough raincoats I love, so I am not currently looking for one.
2. Least Favorite: Calvin Klein purple blouse. The color seemed unappealing, giving it a blackish hue. The fabric felt heavy and aging when worn.
3. Purple blouse from 41 Hawthorn. The color appeared more like dark burgundy, making me feel older. I liked the flower details, V neck, and rolled sleeves, but found the shape unflattering.
4. Fun 2 Fun blouse: Liked the light material, color, and floral pattern. Felt like walking into a fairytale. Enjoyed the pink accents on flowers and the contrast with dark green. Would make some alterations if purchasing. Currently, considering items from other stores, so the timing isn't right.
5. Liverpool Crop Jeans: Loved them but not a fan of the stretchy mid-section or the gold thread details. Have enough crop jeans currently.
Considering all the other items I am looking at, I would like to pause my next order with Stitch Fix until I decide on other clothing pieces.

I recently purchased a pair of Violet printed slim straight trousers that I really love. However, on my first wear, the button at the waist popped off. It's a peculiar button style that goes through a small hole in double fabric and is supposed to snap into the back part on the inside. Unfortunately, there is no thread attaching it, and I'm struggling to get the front part through the double fabric to snap it in place. I'm unsure how to fix this issue so I can enjoy wearing these cute trousers. If there's an email address where I can send a picture to better explain the problem, please let me know.

My roommate and I have been loyal StitchFix customers for nearly a year. However, after each purchase, she receives a $[redacted] refer-a-friend bonus, while I only get $50. I have a friend who is eager to try StitchFix based on positive reviews but is waiting for me to receive the $[redacted] referral bonus before signing up. I am having trouble accessing the link provided to print the gift card I purchased. Instead of taking me to the printing site, it redirects me to unrelated pages like Rumble or Soma. This is frustrating as I intended to gift the card to my daughter for Christmas. I request that the gift card be physically mailed to me as a hard copy. I recently made a purchase at Stitch Fix, and upon checking my payment, I noticed that my PayPal account was charged instead of my credit card. This is concerning to me as I specifically selected my credit card for payment, not PayPal. I urgently need the payment to be reversed from PayPal and charged to my credit card linked to my Stitch Fix account, as originally intended during checkout. I recently received a confirmation email for a $[redacted] gift card from "Kate from Mom & Dad" on Thursday, December 9th. I discovered the email today, and when I tried to print the gift card, it only showed up on the screen without an order number for reference. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a customer service number to contact for help. I attempted to print the gift card from my iPad without success as I don't have access to a computer. When I first signed up for StitchFix, I used to receive an email from my stylist before my shipment, allowing me to select items I liked and veto ones that wouldn't work for me. However, my last fix did not include this email, and now my upcoming fix is about to arrive without me having a chance to pre-select items. I want the option to screen items in advance like I used to as it helps me decide on purchasing. I hope this issue can be resolved as I value being able to have some choice before my items are shipped.

I'm having trouble locating a contact number and require urgent assistance. I noticed that I have a fixed appointment set for 8/15, but I will be away the whole week. I attempted to reschedule the appointment but accidentally added two more for September. I need assistance with adjusting my settings.

I have not received any boxes or items despite only having one account that I paid for. After you deleted my account without delivering anything, I had to create a new one with the same email and address. This confusion is your fault. I am willing to escalate my complaint as needed, even involving my attorney if necessary. I have investigated and found others with similar issues in your reviews. I demand a refund promptly. I completed the return page for my order and was expecting a total refund of approximately $35. Unfortunately, it seems there was an error as I was charged for the entire order instead. I intended to only keep 2 items out of the 10, as the rest either didn't fit, were duplicates, or didn't suit our style. I have already sent back the 8 items I wish to return. Due to financial constraints this month, I would appreciate a refund for the returned items. If this request cannot be accommodated, I kindly request to have the remaining items returned to me and to cancel the Stitch Fix accounts for my daughters, A. and S. The two items I kept were the Love Ellie Noah Cocoon cardigan priced at $30 and the Chloe & Cyrus Tania V Neck Sweater priced at $26. Factoring in the $20 Stitch Fix credit, my calculations show I should receive a refund of around $[redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

Subject: Issue with Style Pass Renewal
I've noticed that despite cancelling my subscription back in June, I was charged for a Style Pass renewal on my American Express card in November. After contacting customer service in October and sending reminders, I still have not received a response or a refund of $49.
Below is an email I sent on 10/25 reiterating that my subscription was cancelled in June. I expect the Style Pass fee to be refunded promptly and appreciate a response to this matter.

I was referred to Stitch Fix by a friend who shared her $50 discount link with me, but my experience has been quite different from hers. Unlike her, I didn't receive a preview of the 10 items that were sent to me, instead of the expected 5. I have only just received the notification that my order has shipped, with no details on the items or the quantity selected. Even though I have not received the items yet, I am disappointed as I already know they are not to my liking and seem overpriced. I would like to cancel the shipment and request a refund for the $20 styling fee, as I feel misled about the service.

I need to replace my debit card due to unauthorized charges for non-existent merchandise. My bank has deactivated my card and is sending a replacement via FedEx, which I will receive by Monday or Tuesday. In the meantime, I have another card I can use temporarily. I also enrolled my grandson in Stitch Fix, specifying he needs white long-sleeve shirts for winter, short-sleeve shirts for spring, and blue jeans or slacks. I haven't been receiving these items, so if they can't provide what he needs, please cancel his Stitch Fix subscription.

I would like to have the freedom to select my own clothes instead of relying on a stylist's choices that do not align with my preferences. I have previously communicated my likes and dislikes but have felt unheard. Despite sharing pictures from Pinterest to guide them, the selections made did not suit my style, with multiple striped hoodies with full front zippers, which do not appeal to me as a 65-year-old. A friend who uses Stitch Fix has received adorable outfits, which has piqued my interest. It is challenging for me to repeatedly express my dissatisfaction, and I believe being able to pick my own clothing would resolve this issue. Thank you.
