I spoke with a representative last week who assured me they would refund the $79 for the unauthorized Starz subscription. My account hasn't been used for over a year since I initially subscribed during COVID for a one-time $49 fee. I wasn't aware of being continuously charged for a service I haven't used. I had to log in to my account to cancel, as I couldn't delete the subscription. I then cancelled my card for security. The representative promised a refund within 5 days, but it has been over 5 days now, and I am still waiting for the money to be returned.

I terminated my Starz account last month around 2 weeks before the payment was due. The cancellation went through successfully as the Starz channel was no longer accessible. However, on April 3, $8.99 was deducted from my bank account again. Even though I can't see any active subscription or access when I check my Prime account, this charge is causing me inconvenience. Given that I am homebound and rely heavily on online services for shopping and bill payments, I am unable to keep changing my bank card to prevent unauthorized charges. It is vital for my well-being that my financial situation remains stable. Please ensure that my subscription is indeed cancelled on your end and issue a refund for the $8.99 charged on the 3rd.

I recently discovered I have been charged twice a month for a subscription I did not sign up for. It took some time to resolve as you were linked to two of my email addresses somehow. I was promised a refund, but it never came through. This morning, I noticed a charge of $46.78 on my card without any explanation. This has caused my account to go into the red and my rental payment to bounce. I urgently request that you refund the money back to my card immediately.

Hello, I trust you're doing well. Recently, I turned 79. I've been receiving Starz emails and discovered charges on my credit card for Starz. As a low-income senior, I don't remember signing up for ongoing Starz services. Despite multiple email responses, I've not received any replies. I rarely use the Starz app due to my limited tech capabilities at 79. I prefer watching shows on cable rather than online screens. Despite requesting closure of this account for months, charges persist. Kindly close this account promptly. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. I recently discovered that I have been unknowingly paying for Starz as a standalone service in addition to already having it through Xfinity. I would like a refund for all the charges I have incurred since subscribing to both. I have attempted to contact customer service with no success. Please cancel this recurring charge immediately. While scrolling through Facebook, my wife came across a special offer from stars for $20 for 6 months. I then looked on my phone and found a deal for $5 a month for 3 months. Using my wife's phone, I attempted to sign up for $20 for 6 months. During the payment process with PayPal, the payment went through successfully, but when trying to return to complete the transaction, the offer changed to $5 a month for 3 months. I am unsure if I am now signed up or which deal I have. Can you please confirm my status? Thank you, B. Beasley.

I signed up for the STARZ promotional offer at $4.99 per month for 3 months to watch only on my TV. I am unable to access it without having to sign up for additional services, which was not stated in the promotion. I believe I already have an account, which I have saved in a Word document just in case. I am no longer interested in keeping STARZ and intend to bundle it with Amazon Prime instead. Please cancel my subscription immediately. If there are any unauthorized charges, especially because I watched the first episode on my computer due to time constraints, I request that those charges be refunded promptly.

I recently opened a new account with Starz. I encountered a problem where my old account connected to a different email persisted, impeding my access to Starz on additional TVs. Despite contacting customer service and presuming the old account was deleted, the issue remains on two other TVs. I kindly request Starz to permanently remove my old account to resolve this ongoing issue. I prefer not to navigate complex technical instructions that could take up a significant amount of time. I am experiencing issues with the app as it keeps buffering/loading continuously. I was advised to reload the app, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the STARZ app as instructed. After attempting to log in with my email and password, I was prompted to create a new account, even though I have an existing account with monthly auto-deductions for subscription number [redacted]6. I am frustrated as I cannot access "Outlander." I believe this may be my error, but I seek assistance to resolve this matter. I own a Roku smart TV and subscribed to Starz through the Roku channel. After my 7-day trial ended, I intended to continue with the $8.99 monthly subscription, but I encountered difficulties. When I tried to resume watching a show, the app kept looping without progressing. To resolve this, I signed up for a $5 per month for 3 months offer on my Samsung tablet, hoping to access Starz content smoothly on my TV. However, upon downloading Starz on my TV, I faced limitations within the app, such as the inability to sign in or access any content. I am eager to watch Outlander on my TV at the discounted rate but am currently unable to do so. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues logging onto your website. I have reset my password, but that doesn't seem to be the problem. The email ID should also not be the issue. I am trying to cancel my promotional subscription, but I am unable to access my account. Despite being informed that there is no subscription linked to my email, I am certain that there is.
