On April 7, 8, and 9, [redacted], I visited Stardock.com on my tablet to purchase a Win8 start button. I added the electronic product to my cart and proceeded to checkout. Despite having a Visa debit gift card with sufficient funds ($20), I encountered issues purchasing the $4.99 download.
I attempted to contact customer support via the provided phone number and email address. After trying four times and exploring different extension options in the hopes of speaking with a representative, I was unable to reach anyone. This lack of support made me hesitant to use my bank account for transactions on the site.
I reached out to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) only to discover that Stardock was not listed in the specified town and state. This experience left me frustrated as I had made purchases from them in the past and expected better customer service.
I still require the Start8 product but am unsure how to proceed given the challenges I faced. It would be beneficial for Stardock to provide a visible contact number for customers in similar situations.

I recently received a notification from Stardock about a new version of Start10 being available. However, when I tried to download it from their website, the download button was not functional. I also attempted to update from the program itself, but encountered the same issue. I tried contacting them by phone and email, but was unsuccessful in reaching them through those channels. I eventually managed to log in to their website, but I faced difficulty accessing their Forum site to email them. The links provided on their website also did not work for me. I am quite frustrated with the current situation with this company.

I bought Fences 2.0 a while back. I reset my Win 10 PC due to hacking and had to change my email address from [redacted] to [redacted] for Fences 2.0. The new email isn't being recognized by Stardock now. How can I update my email address with Stardock to resolve this issue? My name is Joseph Mitzi.

I am considering purchasing Multiplicity KM to control a headless PC from my nearby computer. Will Multiplicity KM allow me to view the display and use the mouse and keyboard on the headless PC, which has a video card with two monitor capability? My main computer has two monitors. If this setup will work as described, I am interested in buying Multiplicity today. Thank you.

Regarding Fences version 4:
Hello, my name is Ray.
I recently upgraded to Fences 4 but I am still facing the same issue that I had with Fences 3.
My primary monitor is monitor 2.
The problem I am encountering is that when I create a shortcut or a new .txt file on my primary monitor, Fences places the file on the incorrect monitor. I applied the registry fix, but the problem still occurs sporadically. This makes it difficult for me to use Fences effectively. I attempted to buy Start 11 software from Stardock. I filled in my email, name, credit card information, and tried completing the purchase. However, when prompted to enter a verification code from my credit card company, the process failed. I made multiple attempts, resulting in my card getting frozen. I need assistance to finalize the purchase either by speaking with a Stardock representative or unfreezing my card to retry the transaction.
