I recently returned a memory foam seat cushion to Staples and used $20.00 of my Staples Rewards coupons for the purchase. However, the cushion was too large for my chair. When I returned it, the associate mentioned that I would get a $15.00 refund on my credit card but lose my Staples Rewards credit, even though they were still valid. I was told the Staples Rewards can only be used once, which doesn't seem fair.

During my recent visit to store number [redacted] on [redacted] Old Fort Parkway in Murfreesboro, Tennessee [redacted], I was disappointed with the service I received. I went in to print and fax a document, but the wait time was excessive. The two young ladies assisting had green hair, and the one who eventually helped me seemed unsure about sending a fax and did not inquire about a cover letter. Furthermore, the recipient never received the fax. The store's overall cleanliness was lacking, with dust and dirt noticeable throughout. The customer service experience was subpar, indicating a need for new management and staff at this location.
