I bought a charger/jumpbox for my wife for Christmas, and it stopped charging in less than 6 months. The same problem happened with a battery charger/50 amp engine start that I bought for our body shop; both failed after 5 months of use. I have been a loyal customer of Stanley products, purchasing various items like shop vacuums, rechargeable lights, and hand tools for both our business and home. However, the recent quality issues with these products have made me concerned. I used to buy products from competitors until recently but switched to Stanley. Now, I'm unsure what to do with these malfunctioning chargers since I can't return them.

I have been using your measuring tapes for 15 years now and have rarely had any issues. However, my recent purchase of the 25' Fatmax, "Made in the USA," has been disappointing. I had to return it once already as the tape cracked at the 3" mark. Today, while measuring trim, the tape retracted and split AGAIN at the 3" mark, causing a serious cut on my finger. While I typically don't like to complain, this experience has been frustrating. I wish I could send pictures of the faulty tape and the cut I received. Despite my current dissatisfaction, I appreciate your customer service representatives for addressing my concerns. Thank you, A. Currie

Hello, about a month ago, I realized that it was taking longer than usual to inflate my car tires using the Stanley J5C09 Power Station Jump Starter [redacted]/[redacted] with [redacted] PSI air compressor. Recently, while trying to pump up my bicycle tires, I noticed minimal air coming out. Just a couple of days ago, when attempting to inflate a small boat, I discovered that no air was coming out at all. The motor seems to be functioning well, and the battery is fully charged; however, there is no air flow. Is there a straightforward method to troubleshoot this issue and identify the root cause? Regrettably, the warranty has expired. Thank you, Fredy.

I own a model [redacted] router, and during a move, I misplaced the collet nut and another part that holds bits in place. Despite my efforts, replacement parts are no longer available. One customer service representative suggested discarding the router, and another stated they couldn't assist further. I find it hard to believe that only one specific part fits this tool and that no alternatives are compatible within the Stanley range of tools. I'm hesitating to invest in high-quality tools if they become obsolete without available replacement parts. I expect a resolution to this issue by having Stanley provide the necessary parts, even if they are from salvaged products. Failing that, I would like the tool to be replaced with an equivalent or superior router. If Stanley cannot support their durable tools with replacement parts, I may opt to switch to tools from other sources that offer better support. I have a significant investment in Stanley products, but I am willing to change brands if necessary.

I have a Stanley Pumpit [redacted] amp I bought around 2 months ago, but I've lost the receipt and Walmart won't accept a return. The flashlight's light turns on by itself and drains the battery when not in use. I tried securing the power button with tape, but now the battery status lights constantly stay on, also causing drainage. Contacting customer service only offers me the option to pay for return shipping, which is too expensive considering I paid $90 for the unit. I've recently been laid off and can't afford the high postage costs for a new item. The customer service rep suggested returning to Walmart, but I feel Stanley should take responsibility for the product and provide a shipping label for diagnostics.

I am a painting decorator and property maintenance contractor who recently bought the Stanley Fatmax 18V brushless twin pack (KFMCK078D2S) (EAN: [redacted][redacted]) and am delighted with the purchase. I am interested in expanding my collection with more tools from this range. I noticed you have a cordless multi-tool, but it's not brushless. Are there any plans to release a premium brushless model? I am also interested in the area lights that use the same batteries but have had trouble finding them in stockists in the UK. Will they be more widely available soon? Lastly, I need a planer, but I saw that only a 750W corded version is offered. DeWalt has a similar product, and I wonder if Stanley Fatmax has plans to create an 18V brushless planer that uses the same batteries. Thank you, looking forward to your response. Regards, Luke.

Hello, I purchased the Stanley [redacted] amp / [redacted] peak jump starter with air compressor and light. I charged it up and kept it in my car, never needing to use it. Recently, when I tried to charge it, all it does is flash all the charge status lights and it's not taking a charge. I left it plugged in overnight, but it's still flashing without charging. I bought it from Amazon two years ago. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you! Jerry C.

I believe I have been scammed by Insolvement World, Harbor Freight, or Stanley Tools. I completed a survey, paid the shipping fee, and the transaction went through a company in Ohio on August 28. However, I have not yet received the promised tool set. The identification numbers I have are [redacted], fb90, and cf07, all associated with Insolvement World survey company. If I do not receive a response, I will begin legal action tomorrow. I have spent countless hours investigating this issue.
