I would like to share what transpired with my Galaxy S3 from NetZero last year. Recently, I was notified via text on the 14th of March about my service ending on the 31st with no reason provided. In the middle of the next day, my service abruptly ceased. When I attempted to switch to Net10, there was a shortage of Sprint phone numbers, so I considered Sprint instead. However, at the Sprint store, they declined service because I had briefly used another carrier after NetZero. Frustrated, I left. Afterward, while trying to switch to a different carrier, I discovered that Sprint still listed my phone under an account, even though I never became a paying customer. If needed, I can forward the chat transcript for verification. I would like to mention my previous phone number, [redacted], and Sprint account number [redacted]79. My address in Black Mountain, NC is [redacted] Beverly Road, zip code [redacted]. The last four digits of my social security number are [redacted], and my secret answer is "BODEY." Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, L. Wayne Morgan
