I have been informed that I qualified for the ACH Reward Visa Card, which was supposedly mailed out on 5/10. However, despite being in contact with them for over two months, the card has not arrived. I have requested that they cease loan payments until the $[redacted].00 rewards card is received. Each time I call, I receive conflicting information and am unable to speak with a supervisor to obtain tracking details for the card. Unfortunately, the card did not arrive before my vacation on the 22nd as promised. I am seeking the tracking number and contact information for the rewards company, or I request for Cheree, the supervisor, to call me this afternoon to provide information on the whereabouts of the reward card. I mailed my payment for November [redacted] around October 31, [redacted], to the address provided to me a few years ago. Today, on November 24, [redacted], I received the letter back with my money order enclosed. The envelope was returned with a note saying it was not deliverable as addressed and unable to forward. I have faced this issue before and ended up getting foreclosure papers. This situation is stressful for me as a senior citizen trying to keep up with my mortgage. The balance doesn't seem to decrease, and the property value has decreased. Please provide me with the correct mailing address for payments as I need to make another payment soon. I tried to call Customer Service today but realized they are closed. I would appreciate an urgent response.

Throughout [redacted], we faced financial difficulties due to our farm and the impacts of COVID-19. We are waiting for our stimulus payment to arrive, and once received, we will transfer the entire amount to our loan. Although it won't cover the full balance, I have already sent $[redacted] through an electronic payment with Truist Bank. I have had this loan for many years, always receiving monthly statements. However, I have not received a statement for the past three months. I have been making payments without the statements to avoid missing any, but recently received a phone call about a past due payment and a late charge. I am confused about why I am not getting the statements. I prefer to receive a statement each month so I can mail my payment accordingly.

2. Hold Affinia Default Services responsible for manipulating recorded title documents, specifically missing a crucial re-recording that was fully reconveyed.
