I previously had an account with your company which has been settled, and I have since changed addresses. I require a copy of a bill or proof of payment for documentation purposes. I am applying for a university bursary and need to demonstrate my financial situation, as I had several bills to settle. The bill amount was substantial due to delayed payments from my housemates and me, which were eventually paid by one of my housemates whom we reimbursed via transfer. Kindly provide me with evidence of the payment made, ideally with the date, or alternatively, the most recent bill available.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out regarding my water bill associated with the account number provided, as it is much higher than expected. Despite previous communications regarding the presence of a disabled child in our household for the past 12 years and consistently having three young children in our home, we have not received any discounts on our account. Our water bills appear excessively high given our usage. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue and receiving monthly water bills with applicable discounts. This will enable us to promptly settle current bills with adjustments for discounts and address any outstanding balances once amounts are corrected to suit our circumstances. Best Regards, Mr. G.

I have been trying to reach you for 4 days without success. Even the Live Chat kept me waiting for too long. Good morning, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we are facing with a blocked drain at the bottom of our driveway. We reached out to Hampshire Highways, and they explained that the gulley in question is not under their responsibility, as it is situated on private land registered to number 29. According to them, yard gullies like this one are typically installed to manage surface water from private properties, leading into either a soakaway or a surface water sewer system. The adoption plan for our development clearly indicates that this particular gulley connects to a surface water drain that eventually enters a Southern Water drainage system. Given this information, Hampshire Highways suggested that Southern Water might be the appropriate entity to address this drainage issue. I have received an invoice for £[redacted].49 for my flat in Hove, located at 51 Ashley Court, Grand Avenue, East Sussex BN3 2NL, and I believe there is an error in the amount charged. The readings taken in February [redacted] before my previous tenant, Mr. GG Mockbil, left were 1[redacted], and the recent reading is 1[redacted]. The property has been vacant since then, listed for sale through agents since January [redacted]. I am unsure about Standing Charges policy for empty properties on the market. Subject: Inquiry Regarding Debt Collection Agency To Southern Water, I am the treasurer of the Gosport Division of the military charity SSAFA. We are currently assisting an applicant in clearing some of their priority debts. The individual in question has received a demand from UK Search Ltd for a debt allegedly owed to Southern Water Services. I am unfamiliar with this collection agency and would like reassurance that they are authorized to collect on your behalf before making any payments.
