I submitted an application for a sewer connection to install a new bathroom in an extension. I completed the form online, purchased the necessary plans, and uploaded them, sending everything on 5/11/19. However, I have not received any updates or confirmation via email. When I called, I was informed that my application was being processed, but I haven't received any written confirmation. I am unsure how to reach out to them for further information.
Subject: Urgent Issue Regarding Flooding at Wadebridge Flood Defences To Whom It May Concern, I am Adrian Daw, the owner of the fields next to Wadebridge Sewage Works on the Wadebridge side. These fields are essential for the Wadebridge Flood Defences, protecting the area from flooding. However, in the past year, I have witnessed a significant increase in flooding on these fields, especially during high tide when water flows in. Although there is a leet and tidal flap in place to divert water into the river, water is now breaching the bank under the camel trail. This escalating problem needs immediate attention to prevent further consequences. Attached are photos demonstrating the severity of the situation. Your prompt action to address this issue would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Adrian Daw
Hello, I recently submitted a SWW compensation cheque for £40 to my bank due to a supply interruption issue. My bank returned the cheque, suspecting it might be expired. I was unaware that cheques had an expiration date. I found the lost cheque while cleaning and feel it's unfair for SWW not to honor it as compensation. Other neighbors in my village enclave received and cashed the same £40 cheque without issues. I believe SWW should replace the cheque promptly. Thank you, Mr. M Passey
