I have been a loyal 7-day-a-week Sun Sentinel subscriber for over 40 years at the same address. Recently, my morning paper has been consistently delivered in the afternoon. Today, I found my paper soaked in my swale at 3 pm due to the frequent South Florida rain. I called 1-[redacted] and spoke with a representative who asked me to make a payment, even though I am already paid up until June 9, [redacted]. Despite this, I made the payment, as requested (payment confirmation #1111Z47718). I kindly request an extension on my subscription due date by a week as a gesture of courtesy. Currently, my subscription is set to expire on July 27, [redacted], after I paid $39.56. As a 70-year-old relying on the newspaper for information, I hope for a more reliable service from my local paper. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you,
Judy J.

I have been reaching out to customer service for the past few months due to receiving unsolicited Spanish Sun Sentinel newspapers in my driveway. Despite speaking with three supervisors who assured me they would address the issue with the contractor responsible for deliveries in my area, the problem persists. I am now considering taking legal action for this public nuisance.
My address is [redacted] NW 33rd Street Coral Springs, Florida [redacted]. I can be reached at [redacted]. Today, when contacting customer service, I requested the name and contact information for the Vice President of Operations, but was denied. I plan to escalate the matter to the Vice President of Operations if not resolved promptly.

I encountered one of your representatives outside Kmart, offering subscriptions for the SunSentinel newspaper. After expressing interest and inquiring about a full-year payment, I was quoted $[redacted].00. Upon providing the necessary details, I was told to expect a confirmation via email, which I never received. Instead, I received an Easy Pay notice for $21.41 monthly. When contacting customer service to address this discrepancy, I was asked for a promo number, which I did not receive. Despite explaining this, I was unable to secure the originally quoted price.
Furthermore, I want to report fraudulent charges of $[redacted].00 on the credit card I provided during the subscription process. The only individual who had access to this card number was your representative.
Having been a long-time resident of south Florida with a history of subscribing to local newspapers, I had to cancel my SunSentinel subscription due to poor delivery service. However, I was informed I owed $89.00 upon cancellation.
I wish to highlight the stark difference in delivery service between my previous carrier, Christal, and the current one, who was careless in their delivery methods. After reporting the issue, the service has improved.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've been struggling to resolve my issue with your overseas call center, which has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Despite being a loyal customer, I've noticed a significant delay in receiving my e-deliveries. After being initially told it was a technical issue on your end, the problem persisted with my digital subscription arriving hours later than usual. I have called multiple times to address these issues, including requesting to stop receiving the Wednesday and Friday print editions, as I only want the digital subscription and the Sunday paper.
Unfortunately, the problem has only worsened, with inconsistent delivery times for the digital edition and the unwanted print editions still arriving. The lack of adequate customer service and unresolved issues have led me to seek another publication to fulfill my needs. I am requesting a full refund and will not be renewing my subscription.

I have been a loyal subscriber to the Sun-Sentinel for over 22 years. During this time, we have consistently requested our newspaper to be double bagged due to our sprinkler system. However, since January, we have only been receiving single bags with our issues. Despite multiple complaints to your agents every delivery day for the past three months, the problem has not been resolved. In frustration, we had to cancel our subscription last week. Interestingly, our neighbor across the street at [redacted] continues to receive double bagging. I am curious why this change was made to our address. I have sought an explanation for months but have yet to receive one. Could there have been a mix-up with our address? I would appreciate a response and clarification on this matter. Contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] about my subscription tied to [redacted]. I have expressed my concerns to your representatives who seem to follow a scripted response weekly. Thank you.

I did not receive a newspaper today for the second time in three days. I called around 8:30 and the automated system mentioned that I would receive it by 11:30. It is now 12:45, and the paper has not arrived. I cannot go to the store to buy another. The carrier used to be reliable, but this past week has been inconsistent. I tried calling but got put on hold for too long. I am frustrated and expect to receive the paper today. If this issue continues, I will need to consider other options. Thank you. - M. W.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with my newspaper delivery. Over the past two Sundays, I did not receive the paper. Additionally, the last two Wednesdays were missing the food inserts. When I contacted customer service, I selected to have the Sunday paper delivered, but it never arrived by noon as promised. I also did not receive the Saturday paper from July 25th. On occasion, I have received the Sunday paper with Saturday's inserts, which were wrinkled. One missing Sunday paper was delivered on Monday. I have been a loyal subscriber since [redacted], but these consistent problems are frustrating. I am unsure why these delivery issues persist and hope for a resolution soon.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my paper delivery at my current address since September [redacted]. Despite my house being on the delivery list for Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, I frequently receive only one or two days of delivery. This past weekend, I did not receive my Saturday and Sunday papers. I have addressed this with the delivery person, who has admitted to forgetting. If this problem persists, I will have to consider canceling my subscription, which I have held for nearly 30 years. I urge for the delivery person's supervisor to address this matter promptly. Otherwise, I will have to resort to sharing my experience on social media.
Kind regards,

I have been experiencing a continuous delivery issue with your delivery person. Despite being subscribed for Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday delivery, I only receive the paper once or twice a week. I've even gone as far as waiting outside to confront him in my development, and his response is always "I forgot," which is unacceptable considering the significant duration of missed deliveries. If this is not promptly resolved, I will have no choice but to cancel my 30-year subscription. I kindly request a credit to my account for the missed deliveries on May 8th and 9th, as well as urge the delivery person's manager to address this matter with him. I will also be sharing my experience on social media in Delray Beach to see if others in my area are facing similar problems with this delivery service. Sincerely, Harriet G. at [redacted] Royal Palm Ct, Bldg A, Delray Beach, [redacted].

I have not received my subscribed paper, despite requesting a replacement from customer service with no success. This issue has persisted for a long time, and despite assurances of escalation, nothing improves. I am seeking contact from a supervisor regarding my home delivery problems. The name associated with the account is S. Schwartz, residing at [redacted] Cleveland Street, Hollywood, FL [redacted]. The phone number is [redacted]. I previously filed a BBB complaint, and while there was temporary improvement, the problem reoccurred. I urge a review of my account notes to understand the ongoing challenges I face in receiving the paper. Delivery to my single-family home in a good neighborhood should not be this problematic.

I did not receive my Wednesday morning paper at [redacted] Boca Del Mar Drive, Apartment [redacted]. The paper is usually left in the lobby. Please update me on the delivery status and inform me why it was missed this time. I tried calling, but the automated system was frustrating with numerous comments. Kindly reply to Rose Platt at the same address. My contact number is [redacted]. Hoping for no further issues. Thank you.

I have tried to cancel my subscription twice before today, with the most recent attempt being on 7/6/21. I have spoken to a representative twice, but both times the call got disconnected. Today, I received a bill for over $[redacted] labeled as "past due" and "advance due." I waited on hold for 40 minutes, only to speak with someone for 25 minutes before being hung up on. My first attempt to cancel was in February, but the newspaper continued. I tried again in March, paid the bill, but still continued to receive papers sporadically. Today, I tried to resolve the issue again, but was unsuccessful. I am hoping to talk to a representative as we were close to resolving it with someone named Derrick, but the call got disconnected. It is frustrating not to be able to reach a human representative easily.

I don't wake up at 7:30 just to get my paper! This is the second time this month I didn't receive the ads and coupons, the last time being 5/26/21. I was promised twice they would send one out, but they didn't. I received my new bill. I read the paper online every day except Sunday for the coupons. I'm hesitant to send my check for the next subscription. I also like to tip my delivery person, which I won't be able to do if I switch to online billing. I'm unsure who's to blame for missing parts of the paper. Can someone deliver my ads and coupons tomorrow?

I have not received several newspapers recently, notably on Sunday, August 1, and again today, August 4th. I have contacted customer service, requested redelivery, and have been assured that the paper would arrive promptly, but unfortunately, it has not. In the past, we could easily reach a human representative who would follow up on undelivered papers. While I have received credits for missed deliveries in the past, the issue is also affecting my subscription to the Weekly TV guide. I will attempt to address this issue by speaking to a representative directly. It is frustrating to see the subscription prices rise without a corresponding improvement in service quality. I simply wish for my newspaper to be redelivered as promised and for better follow-up. This level of service is not unreasonable and may shed light on why newspapers are facing financial challenges.

I have contacted Sun Sentinel multiple times in the past three months to report that my newspaper has not been delivered as promised. Despite the automated system assuring me that the paper would be delivered by 11 a.m., it has failed to arrive each time. This recurring issue has made me question the value of my subscription. I have faithfully paid for the service, but the lack of delivery and the absence of refunds or credits for the missed papers are disappointing. I am considering switching to online news sources as they seem to be more dependable. I hope the company can address this problem and provide a satisfactory solution.

Subject: Continuous Issue with Newspaper Delivery
I am reaching out once again to address the ongoing problem with newspaper delivery to Coral Ridge Towers. Since February, delivery has been consistently late, causing inconvenience to around 75 residents here. Despite paying for daily delivery by 6:30 a.m. and weekend delivery by 7:30 a.m., the papers are not reaching us on time. Even after raising the concern with the delivery person, the issue persists, with papers still being left in the mailroom instead of at each apartment.
This morning marks another day of late delivery, as it's now 11:15 a.m. and the newspaper has not arrived yet. Phone calls to customer service have not yielded any solutions. The lack of response and poor service is disheartening. Your prompt attention to resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated by all residents affected.
Thank you for addressing this urgent matter.

I recently resumed my subscription to the Sun Sentinel after pausing it due to delivery issues. However, since restarting a few weeks ago, I have not been receiving the paper almost half the time despite calling for re-delivery early in the mornings. Unfortunately, the re-delivery never arrives, and if this problem persists, I will have to cancel my subscription and request a refund. It appears there may be a lack of reliable delivery personnel, as the paper is not redelivered when it's missed. I prefer reading the physical paper over the digital version and am growing frustrated with the inconsistent service. If the delivery issues persist, I will have to discontinue my subscription. I typically wait until 8 a.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. on weekends before requesting re-delivery, but even then, the paper does not arrive.

I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years, relying on having the paper delivered to my front door because my husband is disabled and unable to reach the end of our long driveway. However, since this past Monday, the paper has consistently been tossed at the beginning of the driveway, causing inconvenience as my husband relies on me to fetch it each morning. Despite calling in three times, the issue persists. I suspect a new deliverer is responsible, but after three phone calls, I expected the matter to be resolved. I urgently request that the paper be delivered to my front door as it has been for three decades, sparing me the early morning trips. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Mrs. M. I have been trying to contact you every day since September 27th regarding the delivery of my newspaper. I have been receiving it at my front door for the past 30 years at [redacted] Featherstone Way, Davie, Florida. Unfortunately, my husband is disabled and unable to fetch the paper from our long driveway, which is why it's crucial for it to be delivered as usual. Despite my repeated calls, the issue persists. Today, by 1 p.m., the paper has still not arrived, and this situation is truly frustrating. I have been a loyal subscriber for over 30 years, and the lack of response or assistance is disheartening. I wish to speak with a local representative to resolve this ongoing problem. You can verify the number of times I have called by checking your records.

For the past few weeks, the newspaper has been consistently late. Despite my numerous calls to report the issue, our paper has not arrived once again. It's already 10:29 AM on Sunday morning. We have maintained our subscription to the Sun Sentinel despite its declining content quality and the current poor delivery service. We are contemplating not renewing, as this is a significant decision for us. Being elderly individuals, we eagerly anticipate reading the paper with breakfast each day. We understand that younger individuals prefer digital news, but we prefer our physical newspaper. We are open to continuing the subscription if the delivery service can be improved. Please address this ongoing problem promptly.
