I have always been a loyal customer of Sony products. Unfortunately, I recently damaged the screen of my Sony XZ Premium. I reached out to Sony's customer service in the United States to have it fixed for $[redacted]. However, when I tried to pay using multiple credit cards, none of them were accepted despite having excellent credit. I even contacted American Express while on the phone with Sony, and they confirmed no transaction attempts. No one has been able to manually process my payment, and I am frustrated that my issue has not been resolved. I simply want my phone's screen repaired as I have been a dedicated customer with several Sony products.
