I recently watched Shark Tank and decided to buy three packs of Soapen for my grandson and some friends with kids. When the package arrived on December 13th, I found a sticky green residue on one of the packs and some on another one as well. It seemed like one of the items inside leaked. I managed to clean most of it off the affected pack.
The UPS Ground Tracking number is 1Z T5T [redacted] 03 9[redacted]. I've been trying to reach Customer Service by phone at [redacted] for about 50 minutes without success. I expected a response given that the website states 24/7 service with a direct line to a real person.
I would appreciate a replacement for the leaking pack. If needed, I can return it with a prepaid label. I believe that customers should receive undamaged products, especially when paying for multiple items.

I have been trying to contact customer service at [redacted] for over an hour as suggested on the website, but have had no luck reaching a human agent as promised. I want to be upfront with you. I am a survivor of sexual assault and I am of Native American Indigenous heritage. Recently, I had a troubling experience on the General Hospital Message Board on Soaps.com. I faced continuous attacks for over a month, which hurt me deeply. Unfortunately, my account has been suspended in the midst of all this. I am concerned that these actions could be perceived as racist and could retraumatize me. I do not believe Soaps.com would want their platform associated with such serious allegations. I truly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.
