I bought S&N motorized solar shades approximately five years ago. Last year, one of the shades fell out of the mounting and was re-installed by a handyman. Unfortunately, it now only rolls up partially. I have reached out to three different customer service representatives from S&N. The first mentioned that the motors were no longer sold by S&N and hinted that I might need to purchase new window treatments. The second guided me on changing the batteries, but then was promoted. The third attempted to contact me, but I ended up reaching out to the original installer who stated they only provide installation services, not repairs. I have not been referred by S&N to a professional who can repair my shades. I am extremely frustrated as I invested around $[redacted] in three custom shades and they now look unsightly.

I bought motorized solar shades from S&N about two years ago. Recently, one of the shades fell out of the mounting and after having a handyman reinstall it, it now only rolls up partially. I've reached out to two S&N customer service representatives and encountered difficulties. The first rep mentioned the motors are no longer sold and suggested purchasing new treatments. The second rep only guided me through changing the batteries before being promoted. The third rep attempted to contact me, but I sought help from the original installer who doesn't handle repairs. S&N hasn't provided any referrals to professionals who can assist with fixing my shades. Spending approximately $**** on three custom shades, I'm dissatisfied with their current state.

Hello, I bought a $50 frypan on sale slightly over a year ago and initially, I was satisfied with it. However, the third time I used it, the handle, where it connects to the pan, suddenly detached and fell to the floor. I didn't address this issue earlier since I was dealing with the passing of my mother, so it wasn't a priority back then. I believe it could be a manufacturing defect that poses a potential safety hazard. Even though it's past the warranty period, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, Terri.

I'm extremely disappointed with my pan, which is less than 6 months old, as the coating inside has begun bubbling and coming off. Sadly, the pan has become unusable due to the coating coming off in the food. This pan was a thoughtful birthday gift, so this situation is disheartening. I returned it to the store, but since it was a gift, I don't have a receipt. The store offered me a mere $20 refund, which is far from sufficient to replace the pan. The lack of empathy from the store staff has only added to my frustration.

I have a Smith & Noble 5-liter digital Air Fryer (model SNDF05998) that is about 12 months old, and the paint is peeling off from both the inner bowl and the main container. I am concerned that it may contaminate the food since most items are placed directly into the bowl. I have attached a couple of photos to show the issue and would appreciate suggestions on how to address this problem. I believe having to transfer the food to another container could hinder the cooking process by restricting airflow and reducing the cooking efficiency. Thank you for your assistance. Trevor R.
