We purchased a Paris Pass with the understanding that it would be activated at the first attraction, Musee Dorsey. However, when we tried to use it there, it was rejected. We were instructed to pick up the pass near the Louvre, but we couldn't locate the place despite asking around. Because of this confusion, we ended up paying for entry at each site, rendering the passes useless. This was incredibly disappointing as it was our only trip to Paris. Our order number is #[redacted], and there were three of us ([redacted], [redacted], [redacted]). We would like to request a refund for this inconvenience.
