I am extremely disappointed with my recent order of the Chloe CE [redacted] | 46 | Blue glasses. Despite being promised delivery in 2-3 business days, they are now back-ordered. This is unacceptable, especially considering the amount I paid, and I urgently need my new prescription. The order number is CA[redacted]G. Please address this issue promptly to avoid a negative review. I am requesting a 70% discount on a different pair of glasses that can be delivered quickly. Below are a couple of options I am interested in:

Yesterday, a purchase was made on my Bancolombia credit card ending in [redacted] for $[redacted],[redacted].00, which I did not authorize. It seems that my credit card information has been stolen. I spoke with the bank, and they advised me to contact you to cancel the unauthorized purchase and request that you send an email to this address reporting the incident and accepting the refund request.
