Hello,
I am reaching out regarding a booking issue with Skyscanner and Edreams. I made a booking through Skyscanner, but I have not received a confirmation from Edreams. The booking reference code is not working on the Edreams app or their website. I am worried because my flight is in four days from Alicante to Tenerife North with Vueling airlines.
The booking reference is [redacted]70, and the amount of 66.40 has been charged to my bank account. Edreams does not have a customer service number, so I am unsure how to resolve this issue. The booking was accessed through the Facebook app, and my assigned email is [redacted]
I kindly ask for assistance in confirming my booking status or receiving a refund so I can make alternative arrangements. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Michelle Brown

Subject: Double Charge Issue with E-Ticket #[redacted][redacted]
Hello,
I wanted to bring to your attention that I made a booking for a ticket through the SkyScanner App on November 23, 20. Upon reviewing my credit card statement on November 26, I noticed that I have been billed twice for the same transaction. I have confirmed with PIA Airline and according to them, only one ticket is registered under my name in their system. I kindly request a refund for the duplicate charge promptly. SkyScanner is a platform I trust, which is why I initially used their app for booking, and Travel2be was the provider through which the ticket was purchased.
Booking Details:
Travel2be Code: [redacted]0
Booking Code: KTIKID
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
NY

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience today as I suspect it may be a scam. I got a call from a person claiming to be from "Skyscanner" regarding a flight from Dublin to Belgrade. They called from the number +[redacted]08 and offered me a great price of €[redacted] for 4 people. They asked for payment, but I couldn't do it immediately. The caller then suggested putting a €[redacted] deposit on their own credit card to secure the booking, promising to call me back tomorrow for the full payment. They claimed to be based in Westminster, UK. Thank you.

Good afternoon. A few months ago, I used your service to purchase two tickets for the London-Barcelona and Barcelona-London routes. During the COVID-19 situation, I contacted one of your team members to inquire about a refund. They advised me to reach out to Ryanair. Instead of proceeding with a refund, I opted to change the flight dates. However, due to Barcelona being in a red zone during COVID-19, I eventually decided to cancel through Ryanair. While Ryanair refunded a small amount to me, the remainder was reportedly refunded to one of your team members. Unfortunately, I have not received the remaining refund yet. Today, when I contacted Ryanair, they instructed me to get in touch with your company regarding my refund. I am eagerly awaiting your email response.

Good afternoon, I bought two London-Barcelona and Barcelona-London tickets a few months ago. During Covid-19, I contacted one of your staff members about a refund, and they advised me to contact Ryanair. Eventually, I decided to adjust the flight dates and paid the fare difference. Due to Barcelona being in a high-risk zone, I canceled the trip on Ryanair's website. They refunded me only the fare difference, with the remaining amount refunded to one of your staff members' cards. Ryanair mentioned providing evidence that the refund was made to you. I have not received the full refund yet. I hope to get my money back. Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards, N.B.

Hello. I accidentally paid for the same ticket twice due to a poor internet connection. The double amount is currently pending in my bank account. How can I prevent being charged twice for the ticket? My name is Erkin B., and I purchased a ticket from Stansted to Bishkek via Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines on December 26, [redacted]. The booking number is VYC5ZD. You can reach me at my UK phone number [redacted]8 or via email at [redacted] Thank you.

Yesterday, I was trying to book a direct flight from Istanbul to New York for December 8, [redacted]. The fare with Turkish Airlines was $[redacted].49. I selected Travel2Be due to its high ratings and competitive pricing.
After booking, I received a confirmation email with inaccurate flight details for August 12. Contacting Travel2Be proved difficult, and my reservation was eventually cancelled.
In response, I booked another ticket directly with Turkish Airlines and received the e-ticket. To my surprise, Travel2Be later sent a confirmation email for the initial booking, resulting in me having paid for two tickets.
Efforts to resolve the issue with Travel2Be have been frustrating. The company's customer service has been extremely poor, causing unnecessary stress. I urge Skyscanner to reconsider featuring Travel2Be on their platform due to this unacceptable experience.

I discovered a ticket provider offering the lowest price for a flight from Zagreb to Sofia through Skyscanner on Friday (Tripair). I proceeded to book tickets for Sunday but never received them. In order to return home, I had to rebook through Lufthansa for a second time. Tripair seems to have taken my money and is now unreachable. I believe it is necessary to alert Skyscanner about this situation so that they can remove Tripair from their search results. This experience appears to be a scam, and it is important to prevent other individuals from being similarly affected.

I am experiencing an issue with my flight to Italy scheduled for December 24th to January 5th. Due to the coronavirus situation, there have been multiple changes to my trip, and I was asked to make adjustments within 48 hours, which I tried but was unsuccessful in contacting you. Consequently, I had to pay for the changes again, which I cannot afford to continue doing. I am inquiring if it is possible to change my flight using a voucher or to receive a refund instead. My booking reference number is [redacted]. I look forward to your response. Thank you, Antonio.

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with BRAVOFLY conducting misleading activities on your platform. I purchased a SCOOT ticket from Osaka to Bangkok with booking number WF9STH through BRAVOFLY via your website. Regrettably, the flight was canceled due to COVID-19. SCOOT has already refunded the money to BRAVOFLY on 21 May [redacted]. Despite my attempts to contact them, BRAVOFLY has not yet refunded me. Multiple complaints regarding this company can be found on their Facebook page. Sincerely, JC

I recently received a call from SkyScanner reservations regarding changing my flight dates. They proposed a new itinerary that I found cheaper and agreed to process the changes with GotoGate for a refund. However, I am now concerned as they have not contacted me as promised and their phone line is inactive. I am unsure if this is a scam and have informed my bank. Contact details provided were [redacted] and [redacted]2. Can someone verify the legitimacy of this situation? My contact number is +[redacted]02.

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding GO TO GATE. My sister and I had booked a flight from London Heathrow to Beirut Rafic Al Hariri Airport for August 2, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I tested positive for COVID-19 a few days before the flight. Even though my sister tested negative, she was advised by the lab not to travel due to potential risks. I contacted GO TO GATE to cancel our tickets, explaining the situation. After numerous frustrating conversations, they assured us a refund for both tickets. However, despite contacting them countless times, we have not received my refund yet. Despite MEA airlines confirming the refund for my sister's ticket, GO TO GATE claims they have not received the request for mine. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially in these uncertain times when we need the money urgently due to economic challenges in Lebanon. I urge you to address this issue promptly and consider removing GO TO GATE from your website to prevent others from facing similar problems. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Caren A. H.

I attempted to book an airline ticket through Sky Scanners at 0[redacted] using my credit card for a flight on Etihad Airways from London to Abu Dhabi and then Karachi for a round trip costing £[redacted].70. Even though I received an authorisation number, my credit card was repeatedly declined. We mutually decided not to proceed with the purchase due to the issue. Later, I called Etihad Airways directly and successfully bought the ticket from them. However, I was shocked to find out this morning that £[redacted].70 was charged to my card five times, totaling £1,[redacted].50, despite not receiving the ticket. I believe this was a mistake and kindly request a prompt refund of the overcharged amount.

On July 23, [redacted], I searched for flight reservations on Skyscanner. They redirected me to Priceline.com, where I made a booking with Itinerary# [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-86. Despite canceling the reservation and requesting a refund, it has been over 15 months, and I haven't received the refund as promised. The airline advised me to contact the booking agent for refunds. I would appreciate your assistance in recovering this amount, as I will escalate the issue to the American embassy in the Sultanate of Oman and pursue legal action if necessary. I intend to seek compensation for the losses incurred due to this situation and will share my experience on social media to inform others about your customer service.

Dear [Airline Customer Service],
I am writing in reference to my flight booking through FLIGHTTIX on the Skyscanner website. My departure is scheduled for February 27th from BER to MEX with the following flights: DL9649, DL9672, DL1939. The return journey is on March 16th from MEX to BER with flights: DL596, DL72, DL9571, with a layover in Atlanta. As a Polish citizen, I realized I am unable to transit through ATL due to restrictions. I have found an alternative flight without the Atlanta layover: departing on February 27th BER-MEX with KL1832, KL685, KL9004, and returning on March 16th MEX-BER with KL2221, KL2012, KL1831 through FLIGHTTIX. I have requested a booking change, but have not received a response yet. I am concerned that any delay from FLIGHTTIX may result in missing the flights. Could you assist in expediting the process and facilitate communication with FLIGHTTIX to resolve this issue promptly? Your urgent intervention would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need any further information. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello,
I experienced issues while booking 2 round-trip tickets from Tel Aviv to Batumi on myholidays.com after finding them on skyscanner. Initially, I didn't receive a confirmation after submitting my credit card details due to a price increase. I agreed to the new price of USD [redacted] for 2 passengers and received payment confirmation but no itinerary or tickets. Despite speaking with their agent Aaron, who mentioned they were working on it, I still hadn't received anything after 4 hours. My attempts to follow up through online chat led to promises of imminent document issuance that were not fulfilled. Finally reaching Tel Aviv customer support, I was informed of another price increase. After learning that myholidays.com was still offering the flights at a lower price, challenges persisted regarding the price fluctuations. A refund was eventually issued, but I now face a potential waiting period to receive my money back. Overall, my experience with the customer service was frustrating and disorganized.

I have a complaint regarding a recent flight booking involving Kiwi and Skyscanner. My daughter and her friend were supposed to fly from Guarulhos/SP to Milan with a layover in Madrid. However, the tickets had different booking codes, requiring them to collect luggage and recheck it in Madrid, which is not permitted due to being in two Schengen areas. We only discovered this at the airport, causing stress and additional expenses. Despite Kiwi checking them in for the Madrid/Milan leg, they were denied boarding. I contacted Iberia for a refund but was advised to contact the ticket seller. Kiwi's response lacked empathy and support, shifting blame onto passengers. As a frequent Skyscanner user without previous issues, I seek assistance in resolving this issue and urge a review of the policies of agencies linked to the platform.

Dear Skyscanner Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a refund request. Last March [redacted], my brother, Amanj Ghafour Ibrahim, and I, Ariane Ghafour Ibrahim, requested a refund for our London to Amaan to Beirut booking, with the return trip through Kiwi, due to the pandemic. Our refund was approved last summer, but Kiwi has not taken any action to provide us with the refund despite multiple emails from us. Each response we receive is a generic apology asking for patience, which has now been going on for over a year. We booked through your website assuming our rights would be protected, but it appears we are left to handle this issue on our own. All our family and friends who used different agencies have received their refunds within 3-6 months. We are worried that we may never get our money back and that Kiwi is only prolonging the process. We would greatly appreciate it if you could look into our situation.
Thank you,
Ariane Ghafour Ibrahim

Subject: Complaint Regarding Recent Flight Bookings
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent flight bookings. On March 25, [redacted], and April 18, [redacted], I made bookings and reservations through Skyscanner UK Travel using the services of Ms. Paulina Mercy. I paid for the reservations through an At Transfergo account linked to my Transferwise account.
Despite making the payment as instructed on April 7, [redacted], I have yet to receive any confirmation regarding my flights. My attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful, leading me to report this matter to the authorities in Ireland, specifically the Gardai Siochana, for potential fraud. I have also alerted IATA about this issue of online booking scams.
I have gathered documentation from Skyscanner UK Travel bookings, Transferwise, and Transfergo UK Exeter to support my case. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly to avoid further inconvenience.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Gregorio P. N.
