Good morning. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding as we have had around 20 service calls and the issue has still not been resolved. Unfortunately, during one of the visits, the engineer accidentally damaged my wife's laptop. Despite attempting to file a claim for the damaged laptop, we were informed that it could not be replaced as the engineer denied being responsible. This has left us without a functioning laptop, which is essential for us to stay connected with our family. Given our circumstances as individuals with disabilities who rely on technology for communication, it would be greatly appreciated if Sky could consider assisting with the replacement of the laptop. I am experiencing issues with one of my services, having spent a significant amount of time on my mobile due to the lack of a house phone. I have already topped up twice because of the extended wait times with Sky's customer service line. I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours listening to music before being disconnected. The agents I spoke to acknowledged the fault and assured me of a callback, but I have yet to receive one. I received my free government Sky tablet in the mail, but unfortunately, the screen was shattered upon arrival. I had been looking forward to getting my device, but it was already damaged when it arrived, making it unusable. I suspect it was damaged during shipping.

During my recent visit to Boulder and Flamingo in Las Vegas, I asked for a free phone and instead received a phone/tablet combination with supposed unlimited text capabilities. I accidentally locked my sim card due to not setting the pin code correctly. The PUK code I have is not working on the device. Is there a specific way to input the PUK number for it to work properly? I just wanted to inform you that the Sky engineer visited today and resolved the issues with my Sky and broadband services. Initially, for the first month, I did not have access to Sky's services, including broadband. In the second month, the engineer discovered that my service was incomplete. He repaired the cables and mentioned that I had been experiencing problems for the first two months. I explained to him that I had issues with my Sky broadband during the initial month, which persisted. Consequently, my internet has not been functioning properly for the past two months.

I have been a Sky customer for years. When I moved from the UK to Ireland, I was offered a package for Sky TV, landline with all calls free for up to an hour, and fast broadband for 89 euros per month. I used to be a Sky customer, but I was unhappy with the quickly increasing monthly payments for my package. In April [redacted], I informed Sky that I had found a cheaper provider for broadband, phone, and TV services and wanted to cancel. I returned the broadband box and TV Q box as instructed. However, a year later, I discovered that Sky was still charging me £34.00 each month. It seems there was confusion regarding the cancellation of the TV service, as I was being charged for the TV box. Despite returning the equipment, Sky claimed they had only received the broadband router. I communicated with multiple customer service representatives, but the issue persisted. After numerous attempts and being charged for a service I couldn't use, Sky finally stopped the payments in June [redacted]. The experience has been frustrating and disappointing, as I expected better customer service and communication from such a big company.

Due to my recent job loss related to mental health issues and frequent hospital visits, I am experiencing financial difficulties. The current amount I pay each month for my phone plan with Sky Mobile is not sustainable as I search for new employment. I have found more affordable and reliable deals from other providers, especially since the signal outside my house is poor with Sky Mobile. I have a Sky Pad8 tablet, and one day I removed the sim card to use it in my unlocked phone. However, the sim card turned out to be too big for the phone, so I reinserted it back into the tablet. When I turned it on, the tablet couldn't detect the sim card and all related settings were grayed out. After many hours of troubleshooting and soft resets, I discovered the issue. The solution was simply to rotate the sim card. I realized that if I inserted it with the gold side at the bottom and the cut corner going in first, it wouldn't work. By reversing it and having the cut corner facing outward, the sim card was detected successfully. Unfortunately, there were no symbols indicating the correct orientation. I hope this information helps others who might encounter a similar problem.
