In January [redacted], I terminated my services for the year but was still billed, which I paid with my credit card. Despite canceling and transferring my domain names to another provider, I recently received a notification that my credit card would be charged for another year. After contacting support via live chat, the invoice was supposedly cancelled. I requested a mailing address to send a certified mail notice, but despite multiple inquiries, they did not provide the information. They sent me a transcript of the live chat via email but did not include any contact details. Could someone provide me with Site5's mailing address? I prefer using certified mail for documentation purposes. I appreciate any assistance in obtaining their U.S. Postal address. Thank you. -T. Proctor, J.D.

I inquired about Site5's mailing address, email, and phone number. Although a phone number was provided, I still require their correct U.S. mailing address for sending a legal letter. I had asked their communications person via on-site messaging, but the address was not given as promised. I am requesting the mailing address to ensure I can send a certified letter to inform them of the issue I raised in January [redacted]. Despite notifying them previously, I did not receive a refund, and they continued to bill me against my instructions. I hope to resolve this matter by sending a formal letter. Thank you.

I recently received an invoice from Site5 on February 28 for $[redacted].40, which I promptly paid. Today, I unexpectedly received another invoice from Verio, our web hosting company. Upon contacting them, I was surprised to learn that Site5 is not affiliated with Verio. It seems that Site5 may have acquired customers from IXWebhosting, who closed last year. Despite this, we are with Verio and have not used Site5 for our web hosting. We are seeking a prompt refund from Site5 for the billing error.

I recently purchased SSL certificates from Site5, but they have not been activated yet. As a result, visitors to my site are seeing a privacy warning screen. I have attempted to contact Site5 support through their chat feature, but haven't received a response. The support ticket submission also seems to be unavailable, and the phone number listed on the website plays a recording stating that phone support has been discontinued. I am hoping for assistance in getting in touch with Site5 support to resolve this issue.

I am the chairman of RAIL Solution, a [redacted](c)(3) non-profit organization. Our website is hosted with Site5. Every two years when it's time for renewal, they send the invoice to an outdated email address despite our efforts to update it. This results in delayed payments and our site being suspended. Even after resolving payment through PayPal in [redacted], the issue recurred in October. Site5 lacks phone support and does not respond to emails to billing@site5. Communicating through their chat feature is challenging as it requires logging in and obtaining a security code, which is impossible when the site is down. It is crucial for us to contact someone in authority at Site5 to permanently resolve this recurring problem as the downtime significantly impacts our organization.

Ticket #[redacted] pertaining to the restoration of the complete backup with the database from Feb 18 to recover the teatroloopedvega.com website for updating purposes. Unfortunately, previous attempts failed due to malicious files in the backup, resulting in a month-long process of manual deletion. The corrected backup 'backupFeb182023.zip' is now available in /home4/rossd2022. I kindly request immediate restoration to avoid losing a client and ensure the website is back to its state as of February 18, [redacted]. Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated as urgent action is required. Thank you.
