I hope this message reaches you well. I'm reaching out regarding a flight booking I recently made for my child, Avni Kashyap, with the booking reference 5YSXHB. I have noticed a mistake on the ticket that I would like to address.
During booking, I specified "Miss" as the title for Avni Kashyap. However, the ticket received states "Mrs." instead of the correct title.
I can confirm that the passport details and birth date on the ticket are accurate. The only issue is with the title, which needs to be corrected.
I kindly ask for your prompt assistance in rectifying this error to ensure the ticket reflects the correct title for my child.

My child is 4 years old and an Indian citizen currently in Australia on a visiting visa with a passport that expires in 2 months. We are flying on Singapore Airlines on the 19th of November [redacted] to India for an emergency, which is to renew his passport. As a single parent, I am the only one living with him now. I attempted to check-in online and was informed to have a passport valid for at least 6 months. Can I still travel with my child to avoid leaving him alone in Australia?

I am seeking assistance in obtaining a preapproved refund from Singapore Airlines in the amount of $14,[redacted].30. Our reservations for two tickets were made on September 24, [redacted], but had to be canceled due to a medical emergency. Despite being told the refund was processed, we have not received the funds. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue with Singapore Airlines and Paypal, we have not had any success. We suspect there may be a scam involved. We are looking for support in getting Singapore Airlines to respond and refund us promptly. Thank you for your help in advance.
