Silver Script Insurance Company Customer Service Issues

I recently received materials from SilverScript regarding my VT premium, which was stated to have decreased in [redacted]. As a beneficiary of Medicaid and Medicare, with the State covering my premium, I enrolled in SilverScript with the understanding that my prescription co-pay would be $1.25. However, during my recent refill for a recurring prescription, I was charged $1.30 instead. The pharmacy explained that SilverScript does not cover prescriptions that cost less than $8.00. I am also enrolled in "Extra Help." I am confused by this discrepancy. Can someone please clarify this situation for me?

After being covered by United Healthcare for years, I recently switched to AARP coverage with United Healthcare upon my retirement on April 1, [redacted]. However, Medicare is stating there's a late enrollment penalty due to lack of prescription drug coverage. Silverscript claims I had dropped their coverage, which is not the case as I have always had United Healthcare. The issue dates back to January 1, [redacted] - January 31, [redacted].
