Sierra Trading Post Customer Service Issues

I had a positive first experience at your store which I enjoyed for its layout, product selection, and customer service. However, during my return visit, I encountered some issues. Upon realizing that some clothes I purchased didn't fit, I went back to exchange sizes as I've done in similar stores before. Despite initially being informed that there wouldn't be a problem swapping the items and being given a 10% discount, I faced complications at the checkout due to not having my card yet. They had to remove the discount, resulting in me spending more money than I was refunded and leaving with fewer items. Additionally, one shirt was $5 more expensive. Although the extra $15 doesn't bother me much, the inconvenience of driving back to the store, having my discount revoked, and being told I should have read the card details was disappointing. As a new cardholder, I expected better customer service.

I am frustrated by the inability to speak to a human representative when calling for assistance. The process directs me to an unhelpful automated system, making it difficult to address my concerns. Recycling responsibility lies with individuals, not the bottling companies. I believe communication should be more effective, allowing customers to easily reach out and resolve issues with a real person instead of waiting for an email response. The current system is extremely frustrating and has caused me great annoyance.
