Hello, I own a WT46W560by/11 dryer. When I press start, I hear two beeps indicating a general fault. I have cleaned the bump and water sensor, as well as the condenser. I have also checked the door lock and capacitors, which all seem fine. During the self-test programs, I found P01 shows L00 and then F00 (meaning no error), P02 displays the heat sensor temperature, P03 shows all display indicators working, P04 counts programs in binary code, P05 shows the heat sign on the display, P06 counts up, and P07 activates some machine parts like the pump. However, after exiting the test, I still get two beeps and the drum doesn't start turning. I haven't observed the compressor, engine, or fan working during the tests. The machine is approximately 7 years old, and I'm debating whether it's worth repairing with Siemens technician or if I should opt for a new machine. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you, Oded

When attempting to open specific projects on designated engineering stations, an error message appears stating: --- This project/library is unable to be accessed. "D:\xxx\xxx.ap15" includes extra data from the following products: Please install the corresponding products or refer to the "Upgrade projects" section in the information system. Product Version G110M, G120, G120C, G120D, G120P V15 G130, G150, S120, S150, SINAMICS MV V15 --- It is evident that the issue arises due to the absence of Startdrive Advanced V15 on the current engineering stations. Notably, there are no SINAMICS drives configured within the project. Presumably, during the development phase, a drive was added and subsequently removed from the project. Is there a straightforward approach to "clean" the project to eliminate the need for Startdrive?

Dear all, I am reaching out regarding the control valve of a Siemens model SAX61.03. We have received a new part to install on our machine, but we are encountering a problem where the green LED keeps blinking, indicating that the control valve is not ready. Here are the electrical connecting details: - G0: Ground - G1: 24 V - Y&M: 0 – 10 V (For control) We have attempted to troubleshoot following the manual, but it has not been effective. Could you please advise on how to calibrate the control valve and ensure the green LED stays continuously ON? Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, J. Saman

Good afternoon, I am Brian Holloway, the Operations Manager for Morehouse School of Medicine. We are experiencing significant customer service challenges with your local branch. We recognize the current labor shortage, but it is frustrating when untrained technicians without the necessary tools are sent to address our Siemen's system, leading to frequent malfunctions. Despite reaching out for support, we have not received any response via phone or email, and our system remains down. This ongoing issue is impacting our students who pay $75,[redacted] a year in tuition. Unfortunately, remote fixes are not possible, and we urgently require on-site assistance. We expect a high standard of service considering the fees we pay. Please address this promptly. Thank you, Brian Holloway

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the service and support provided by Siemens. I encountered an issue with my machine on August 14, [redacted], and promptly submitted a request. A senior engineer named Parag Deshpande inspected the machine on August 16 and identified a problem with the front panel, stating that it would take 8-10 days to acquire a new panel. The engineer also advised me that if I were to purchase a new machine during this period and the panel arrived later, I would be responsible for the cost. Despite following up four times with customer care, I have not received any updates in over a month. Attempts to contact the engineer team lead, Kajal Kolpe, have been futile as she did not answer or return my calls. Similarly, the area manager, Dhuludev Satpute, was unable to provide satisfactory answers or assistance with my inquiries, leaving me feeling neglected. When I reached out to customer care agent Komal to escalate the issue to a senior representative, my request was denied. I also requested the email address for further escalation, but this was also denied. My experience with Siemens' service and customer support has been incredibly disappointing.

Hello, I recently acquired a new 6DR5020-ONN13-0AA0 positioner. I have installed it on an existing double-acting valve and connected the command cable to terminals 6&7. However, during calibration, there is no display response to the position movement or rotation. The display consistently shows 37, even after rotating the Feedback stem [redacted] degrees. I am seeking advice on how to properly utilize this positioner with only a command signal, similar to how it was done with the 6DR5020-ONG01-0AA0 model. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I recently received the new 6DR5020-ONN13-0AA0 positioner. After installing it on an existing double-acting valve, I connected the command cable across terminals 6 and 7. However, when I attempted calibration, there was no response from the position displayed. Even rotating the positioner FEEDBACK stem [redacted] degrees did not result in any change on the display, which consistently showed 37. I am looking for guidance on how to use this positioner with just the command signal, similar to the functionality of the 6DR5020-ONG01-0AA0 model.
