Seeking assistance at customer service, he was met with rudeness as the employee suggested he use self-checkout instead. This experience made us question the declining customer service at this location where we have been loyal customers for nearly a decade. Issues with mishandling of fresh produce, poor bagging of soft items, and now disrespectful treatment have led us to explore shopping at other stores like Wegmans and Trader Joe's. It's disheartening that a simple purchase of bread, milk, cheese, and cold cuts proved to be a challenge due to the unhelpful attitude of the staff.

I recently visited Shoprite in Littleton to collect my old age grant. Upon arrival, I was assisted by a pregnant lady at the first counter. While she did not greet me, I understand that might be shop policy. However, I noticed issues with the machine or her behavior as she aggressively handled my card and pushed it in and out of the slot. When I questioned her, she simply shook her head and handed me the money. Reflecting on the situation has left me feeling upset. I usually avoid confrontation, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope that my card will work fine on the next payday. Perhaps her pregnancy hormones affected her behavior. I observed her treating other customers differently, which added to my frustration. Despite potential network issues, the card handling was inappropriate. This incident occurred between 1 and 3 PM on January 4, [redacted].

Hello, I need assistance. I visited Shoprite Eshowe yesterday and discovered an expired item on the shelf - Simba product 36g Lay's spring onions and cheese that expired on December 28, [redacted]. Can this issue be addressed promptly? I had an unpleasant interaction with the lady responsible for packing the Simba products when I brought up this matter. It would be greatly appreciated if action is taken regarding her behavior, as she may discourage customers with her negative attitude.

Today, June 27, [redacted] around 4:10 P.M., I went to the deli counter and got number 37. Another customer took number 39. Despite having the correct number, customer 39 started placing an order. When I pointed out that I had number 37, finally the deli associate acknowledged the issue. However, customer 39 continued ordering over me. I expressed my confusion about why customer 39 was being served before me and customer 38. An associate who was sweeping then assisted customer 39, ignoring the numbering system. This disregard for the order of service was exacerbated by the other associates' unsupportive behavior towards me. I hope management can reinforce the importance of following the number system to the deli associates. The associate who actually took my order did handle the situation correctly by asking customer 39 to wait. However, I was disappointed by the associate who left sweeping, failed to sanitize, and assisted the out-of-turn customer.

I was dissatisfied with the service I received from a supervisor at Shoprite Rocklands in Bloemfontein when I went to buy dog food. After clarifying with the cashier and the replenisher, I was met with resistance from the supervisor, "Maki". Despite pointing out the discrepancy, she insisted there was no issue, even removing the shelf label. This encounter left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. It's essential for employees to uphold the company's values and treat customers fairly and respectfully. The handling of this situation was unprofessional and unethical, which tarnished my shopping experience.

Ever since the alleged "website upgrade" at ShopRites, it has been a frustrating experience. The search results are incorrect, leading to unrelated products, and the search window often shows empty results for items the store carries. It seems the website was intentionally made user-unfriendly, possibly due to the popularity of the $4.99 pick-up option during the pandemic. Now, with customers returning to the store, they might be phasing out this convenient service without acknowledgment. Additionally, the removal of the virtual assistant and the errors when trying to contact support make the online shopping experience even more difficult. Due to these ongoing issues, I have decided to switch to Stop and Shop, despite the higher prices, as their website functions better.

I recently visited the Galloway Township New Jersey store on Pitney and Eighth Avenue and encountered an issue with their gift card special. My large family was excited to take advantage of the offer, but when I tried to purchase $[redacted] worth of ShopRite gift cards to receive $20 off my next order as advertised on the sign, I was informed by a new cashier that ShopRite gift cards were excluded, despite the sign only mentioning exclusions for Visa and MasterCard. I believe there was confusion and would appreciate clarification on the promotion. As a loyal customer and senior citizen who has been shopping at ShopRite for many years, I hope this matter can be resolved. Thank you for your attention to this.

I purchased items and didn't have a bag to put them in. I placed them in my jacket but accidentally dropped one while still inside the store. After realizing the item was missing from my car, I returned to the store and reported it to customer service. They are investigating the situation after being informed by some kids that someone took the item and left the store. I am disappointed by the store's lack of proactive measures and their failure to offer a refund or assistance in resolving the issue. I am hoping to either receive a refund or obtain the missing item as I find this situation unacceptable.

I am a Price Plus account holder and attempting to sign in using the following card number: [redacted]6 7. Initially, I used my current email, [redacted], and the password Guillam1962Shop but received an "Incorrect email or password" message. I then tried my old email, [redacted], with the same result. After using the reset password option with my current email, the system prompts me to check my email for a link to create a new password, although I have not received this link despite multiple attempts.
