I am extremely upset with the service I have received. I discovered an unauthorized charge of 38.95 for a pair of shoes that I did not buy. After contacting your company, a return slip was emailed to me. However, only 31.45 was refunded to my PayPal account instead of the full amount. This 7.00 difference is unacceptable as I did not make this purchase. I demand the missing 7.00 to be credited back to my account. I have already drafted emails to PayPal, BBB, and will be posting on social media platforms with a wide audience, including my company with over [redacted],[redacted] employees.

I've been trying to get a return label for my boots multiple times but have not received it yet. Despite reordering the correct size, I'm frustrated that I haven't received the label. I feel like my $[redacted] has gone to waste on boots that don't fit. Even after contacting the company to update my address, the return label has not arrived. I am really disappointed and just want my money back.

I purchased a pair of black leather boots that were too small. Despite several attempts to obtain a return label online, I was unsuccessful. On November 9, I spoke with Manuel requesting a printed return label from USPS, which was promised within ten days but not received. Again on November 19, another return label was supposed to be sent the same day by a different representative, but it never arrived. On November 28, I reached out to Manuel once more, with the same request for a printed label to be sent by USPS by the end of the week, which did not happen. Please send the shipping label via USPS before the return date expires. I have already exchanged the boots. Kindly assist.

I am encountering difficulties trying to return a pair of shoes to Shoebuy.com. When I attempt to initiate the return process through my account, the website consistently redirects me with an error message. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to successfully complete the return. Their customer service phone line has been unresponsive, directing me to email them instead, which I am also finding problematic. This issue adds to my existing frustration as I have faced login errors on their website in the past. While I was able to access my account this time for the purchase, I am now unable to progress with the return. This ongoing inconvenience may deter me from making future purchases with them. The original transaction was made using my PayPal account.

I bought a pair of Twisted X boots at the end of January [redacted], and now, barely 7 months old, they are completely falling apart. The entire sole of the boot has separated from the skin, and I don't understand why. I have owned several pairs of Twisted X boots, and these are the only ones that haven't even lasted a year. The other Twisted X boots I've owned lasted 18-24 months without any issues. Could this be a manufacturing defect? I would like to inquire about getting the manufacturer to replace my less than a year old boots as there seems to have been an issue in making these specific ones.
