I purchased an OG Triton XL pellet Smoker from Academy Sports & Outdoors in Flowood, MS on March 28, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the grill broke in April after just one use. I contacted [redacted] and received a new auger motor with the ticket number [redacted]. I replaced the auger motor, but it broke again with a loud pop, possibly damaging the gearbox. I was then sent another motor and auger, which I installed. However, after using the grill just once more, the motor stopped turning after another loud pop during a church event. I am considering returning the grill and would appreciate a refund since it has failed three times in a little over 2 months. When trying to contact [redacted] today, I received a message saying the call couldn't go through, even when using my cell phone.

I bought a living accent patio heater in December [redacted] from Ace Hardware. They advised me to reach out to you regarding a warranty claim. The internal wiring is disconnected, and the screws on the top plate are stripped, making it hard to change the electrical components. Additionally, the steel screen is warped and broken. I have attached pictures for reference. Please let me know how you can assist.
Thanks,
Chris

I have a Living Accent outdoor portable fire pit, model number [redacted]. However, upon assembly, I discovered that 2 curved bronze legs are missing. Can I purchase these legs separately to complete my fire pit setup? The paperwork identifies it as a Living Accents Chimenea Multiple Fire Pit 47" H x 22" with Cast Iron/Steel (SRCH08A).
After speaking with a representative who mentioned mailing the missing parts, the call got disconnected. I am unsure if the order for the curved bronze legs went through. Could you please confirm this for me and provide an estimated delivery time? My name is Dave M., and you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you for your help.

I contacted customer support on December 5th, [redacted], to inquire about replacing the glass tubing on my patio heater. I was informed that the glass tubes they currently have are reserved for warranty customers. Unfortunately, the patio heaters have been discontinued for over three years, and the warranty is only valid for one year from the purchase date on the receipt. After consulting with her manager, the representative provided me with an international number that I can look up online for further assistance.

I am looking to buy additional items for my Bighorn Ranch fire pit, with dimensions 47.2 inches in diameter and 24 inches in height. I am interested in the following:
1. Waterproof rain cover.
2. 28 3/4 inch diameter fire pot screen to prevent embers from escaping.
3. 28 3/4 inch diameter solid lid to cover the fire pot.
4. 28 3/4 inch diameter grate for the bottom of the fire pot to keep wood off the bottom of the bowl.
Could you please advise where I can purchase these items? Kindly include part numbers and locations or websites.
Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with this grill, which I have owned for over 20 years. There are several issues that have made my experience with it very frustrating:
- The temperature regulation is faulty, causing it to reach dangerously high temperatures of [redacted]-[redacted] degrees, even with only 2 burners lit for cooking for 2 people.
- The lighter on the grill hasn't worked since I bought it in May [redacted], requiring manual lighting.
- The butane tank needs to be turned off after every use, as it quickly empties even with limited usage.
- The stainless steel door has developed rust spots despite being covered and shielded from direct water exposure.
I believe it would be best if someone could retrieve the grill and provide a refund for the purchase.

I recently assembled a patio heater that had been stored in its original packaging since we received it as a Christmas gift a few years back. The model is SRPH33A-XXXX with serial number [redacted][redacted]. The assembly process was straightforward, and all parts were accounted for. I ensured a fresh LP tank was used, and the lighting functioned correctly. Despite following the ignition process by holding the button in, the flame keeps going out after a few minutes, without any apparent cause, even though the connections were checked for leaks and kinks in the tubing. I tried multiple times, and it would stay lit briefly before extinguishing itself. The weather conditions were calm with a temperature of about 55 degrees Fahrenheit. I am seeking advice on troubleshooting the mechanics of the heater to determine the root cause of this issue. Appreciate any guidance you can provide. Thank you.

I purchased a Bronze Tabletop Patio Heater from Fresno Ag Hardware in Fresno, CA on 11/10/[redacted]. Upon inspection, the box appeared to have been dropped, but the unit remained intact. The salesperson mentioned that other units they sold had similar issues but were still usable. Upon assembling the heater, I noticed that Part #9 - the Weight block, was bent and unusable. I am hoping to receive a replacement #9 Weight block promptly before Thanksgiving, so my family can safely enjoy our backyard. I have been unable to find a replacement at other stores due to them being sold out.

I have a several years old Inferno Flame model SRPH68 and I am in need of the ignition knob specific to this model. The knob must have a long stem to push in and light the pilot, then pop up. I require the ability to push down and release to turn the flame to the gas cylinder on. Unfortunately, my current knob has worn out, and I have been unable to find a replacement with a stem long enough to function properly. I am willing to purchase the entire mechanism if necessary, as long as I can find the parts. Any assistance in locating these parts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently bought two Heatmaxx PYRAMID Patio Heaters from Home Depot. Unfortunately, after assembling them, one unit failed to ignite. I have tried troubleshooting and replaced three propane bottles, but the pilot still won't light up.
I am requesting a replacement Burner Assembly, if it's possible.
You can contact me at 1-[redacted]. Please send the replacement to [redacted] Ranch Trail Drive, El Cajon, CA [redacted].
