I have been waiting for assistance for an hour now and have attempted multiple times to request a callback by pressing zero with no success. I am still in queue as the 27th caller, and all I want to do is place an order. I have been a loyal customer for years using my previous email address [redacted] I have now updated my account to [redacted] My order history shows that I have been purchasing personalized cookie tins from you for years. I am looking to order the smaller sized tins that you typically offer, but I am unable to locate them on your website. I wish to order 50 of the smaller tins priced around $8, not the $11 ones, and not the square mint tins. I am feeling frustrated with the current state of your customer service. I placed an order for senior banners on April 2nd, expecting them by the 17th. However, it is now April 26th, and I still haven't received them. Despite the website claiming a 4-day production time, the delay is frustrating. I attempted to contact customer service for almost 3 hours today, with no success. It's disheartening to have no responses to my messages and calls, especially after payment. The constant praise for the support team seems misleading given the lack of assistance provided. I am considering reaching out to the Better Business Bureau about this experience. Although I've been a long-time customer, this level of service is disappointing. The promised online chat support also appears non-existent. As I wanted the banners for a senior night event, the inability to get in touch is causing further disappointment for 35 seniors. I am now rethinking ordering our graduation party supplies from this company.

Hello, I am writing in regards to my order with Order number: SZ21945. I placed an order for a custom-printed banner on May 3, [redacted], with the understanding that it would be delivered before May 12, as my event is on May 13. After not receiving a shipment confirmation by May 12, I inquired and was informed of a delay, with an estimated delivery date of May 15, beyond the needed date. I promptly requested the order be canceled and a refund, but did not receive a response. Despite this, I later received an email that the order had been shipped and would arrive on May 15. I reiterated my request for cancellation and refund, yet still did not receive a reply. Upon receipt of the late order today, I no longer require it and am seeking assistance with the refund process. I ordered a grass skirt, and my Discover card was charged $18.48 on September 8th. However, I have not yet received the item. I am concerned about the charge being processed before the item was sent, and it has been over a week now. I previously reached out but did not receive a response. Hi, I'm David Z. My sister ordered a product with custom party plates featuring her daughter's face for her upcoming party. The package was expected on Monday, 18 Oct [redacted], but it hasn't arrived yet. She paid over $[redacted] for the order and specifically paid extra for timely delivery. UPS informed us that the package won't arrive until Friday, 22 Oct [redacted], at 7pm. My sister, Sandra V., is disappointed as she wanted to make her daughter's party special. I placed an order on October 9th for a personalized Paw Patrol square table top x1 with order number SZ76277. The tracking number for the first item is 1Z[redacted]YW[redacted]7. Additionally, I ordered two Paw Patrol personalized square table tops with the same order date, each with a separate tracking number - 1Z[redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, UPS emailed me on October 23rd stating they were unable to deliver due to an incorrect address. After visiting the UPS branch, I called on Sunday, October 24th to correct the tracking number 1Z[redacted][redacted], and only that package was delivered on Monday, October 25th. The other package with tracking number 1Z445450YW[redacted]7 was returned to the sender via USPS. Despite my attempts to contact Shindigz through email and live chat, I have not received a response. Today, I am reaching out again to locate the missing package with tracking number 1Z445450YW[redacted]7, order number SZ76277, which is essential for my grandson's upcoming birthday on November 17th. I understand the issue with the missing apartment number in the address and hope to resolve this promptly.
