Our return policy at Shindigz.com guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order details. After receiving authorization, carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the return form, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For personalized or customized items, we can only accept returns if there was an error on our part.
