A few years back, I purchased a pressure washer from SW, which has been serving me well. Unfortunately, like all machines, parts wear out. Being a loyal customer, I visited the local store to buy a valve kit to repair my MiTM [redacted] SW pressure washer. Upon entering the Sherwin-Williams store, I was pleased to see they carried various spray equipment. A young lady assisted me, but when I requested the valve kit, she suggested I visit another SW location. I insisted they should be able to order the part and asked to speak with a manager. A young man took down all my details and mentioned he would get back to me. Despite offering a deposit, I left feeling uncertain if I would hear from them. It has been a week now, and I have yet to receive any updates.

I had a negative experience at your store on Franklin Rd. in Murfreesboro, TN. A painter named Robert Stevenson, also known as Rob the Painter, who I was recommended by your store, took a deposit from me but then backed out of the job without returning the money. He is not licensed as a contractor or handyman in Tennessee. When I raised this issue with your store, my concerns were not taken seriously, and I felt dismissed by the employees. This man is committing fraud and needs to be stopped from taking advantage of others. It is concerning that he is using your name and uniform for his schemes. I urge you to establish protocols to vet individuals you refer and prevent situations like this in the future. I hope to receive assurance that steps will be taken to address this issue and prevent further fraudulent activities.
Disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received at your store.
Sincerely,
L.C.

On Sunday, 7-21-19, around 1:25 p.m. on I-83 in southern York County, PA, a Sherwin-Williams tractor-trailer drove aggressively near our vehicle. The driver's behavior was concerning; when we started recording them, they backed off but then passed us aggressively, honking in a threatening manner. The truck had a 5-digit number on its back, starting with [redacted] and ending with 3, 5, or 8. Further into Maryland, we witnessed the driver tailgating and not following posted signs. While we appreciate your paint products, incidents like these can negatively impact customer loyalty. We have footage and photos on our cell phone, albeit not very clear, and are willing to share them if necessary.

I have been using Sherwin Williams paints and coatings for years, so when I discovered that they had a coating for Decks and Docks called Duckdock, I was excited. However, after applying it last summer, I am disappointed to say that it is already peeling badly. Despite prepping the surface correctly, power washing, and dedicating two full days to the application on my large deck, I now have peeling rails, deck, and stairs. This has shaken my trust in a company that I have always relied on for quality products. The coating was marketed to last for years, but my experience suggests otherwise. I hope to receive a refund for the four gallons I purchased, each at $50.00, in addition to the labor and preparation costs. It's disheartening to have this issue with a company I once held in high regard.

On 4/4/[redacted], I bought a gallon of A100 Extra White Exterior paint tinted Bagel. After using a small amount on a window, I took the can to Sherwin Williams on 10/21/[redacted]. During shaking, some paint leaked near the lid. The store rep found rust around the can rim and lid but confirmed the paint was still good. They didn't have new cans and couldn't say when they'd restock. I contacted another store (North Oracle) which had cans but couldn't transfer the paint. I ended up buying a new can and filter.
**What I'm Hoping For**
1) Suggest conducting quality control checks on cans for consistency.
2) Recommend exploring different can linings to prevent rust upon opening.
3) Request Inventory Control to address stock shortages at store [redacted].
4) It would be appreciated if Sherwin Williams could offer a credit for the new can.

Hello, I am Robert Rajcok. I am currently in California trying to figure out why my check has not arrived. I worked on landscaping at your Torrance store for months under the supervision of Anthony, your manager. I was issued a [redacted] form and a receipt for $[redacted] for my services. Despite my attempts to contact the store and speak with two different people, no one can locate my information to process my payment. My address is [redacted] Maple Avenue, Torrance, California [redacted]. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know when I can expect to receive my payment. It has been almost two months, and I am eager to resolve this delay. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this issue. We can verify my association with the store through Anthony, who knows me as Bob. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

We initially bought 3 gallons of water-based semi-transparent Super Deck stain and later purchased 2 more gallons in cedar tint. However, upon using the second batch, we noticed the color was off once it dried. We returned to the store in Franklin to address the issue, and they replaced it with the correct formula. However, we were additionally charged over $30 for the product to remove the incorrect stain. Their error not only wasted our time but also required extra costs to fix.
