I am requesting a refund for Order [redacted]. Unfortunately, the company did not make it clear that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. Instead, they used FedEx, which does not deliver to PO Boxes. In my area, FedEx has been known to leave packages in the woods and mark them as delivered without providing a picture or signature. As a result, I did not receive my package. Due to the lack of information about the shipping carrier on the online order form, my order was unsuccessful. I kindly ask for an immediate refund of $[redacted].
