What is your return/exchange policy?

We have an easy and hassle-free return/exchange policy at Sherpani.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return/exchange process. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. For returns, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. Please note that personalized or custom items are not eligible for return. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, we will gladly assist you. However, exchanges are subject to availability. In case the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead. We strive to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to ensure your return/exchange is processed smoothly.
