Sheplers.com Customer Service Issues

I made a purchase this morning, but my debit card was rejected due to an incorrect expiration date. Despite correcting the information, my subsequent orders were also declined. After calling customer service, they processed my order over the phone and it went through. However, my bank informed me that all three orders had been placed and funds were being held. Upon contacting customer service again, I was told that the funds would be returned in 5 to 10 days, which I find frustrating. I shared a story about a group who took action against a company, highlighting the issue of delayed refunds. While I have been a loyal customer of Sheplers for decades, this experience has left me dissatisfied. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter without unnecessary delays.

I recently purchased a belt from Sheplers but realized I got the incorrect size. After contacting Sheplers, I was advised to reorder the correct size belt, which I did over the phone. The correct belt was supposed to be shipped to me along with a return label from Ariat for the original belt, but it has been around 2-3 weeks since Oct 29, [redacted], and I have not received the label. I have been trying to reach Sheplers, but the call ends up with a busy signal after ringing 3 times. I have made 6 attempts from two different phones. I am looking for an address to return the wrong-sized belt as I would like a refund to my bank account, where I initially paid using a Visa debit card.
