I am experiencing repeated problems with my Shark hoover model NV601UKT's floor unit. Despite purchasing the hoover 18 months ago, I have already had to replace the floor unit three times due to the brushes not working. I received a new unit yesterday, but it is also not functioning properly. After speaking with an agent who collected all of my information and assured me that technical support would reach out, I have yet to hear from anyone. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service in this situation and would appreciate a prompt call from a representative to help resolve this issue swiftly.

I had a frustrating experience with a technician who seemed unfamiliar with Shark Vacuums. There was distracting background noise, making it hard to hear his instructions correctly. He asked me to manipulate parts of the vacuum that didn't even exist. He promised to email me for a picture since he couldn't grasp my problem. I directed him to the online manual to identify the problematic part. After a while, he muted the call and kept me waiting for 20 minutes until a survey popped up, which I completed with a rating reflecting his unhelpful service. Overall, his assistance was severely lacking and disappointing.

I own a Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away Model# UV795. I am looking to purchase a new brush roll. Do you sell this part to the public? If so, how much would it cost to ship to [redacted]? I've had trouble finding the part online. Someone mentioned that the brush roll for my model is compatible with models NV650 and NV750. Can you confirm if this is accurate? I've seen brush rolls listed for those models online.

I recently purchased filters for my Shark battery-operated vacuum. Unfortunately, when I tried to print the order, the information disappeared, so I don't have the order number or email confirmation. The order was for the round filter for the vacuum. It was placed around 10 days ago, and I have not received the item at either P. O. Box [redacted], Austin, Texas [redacted], or [redacted] Dorella Lane, Austin, Texas [redacted]. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I wanted to share my experience with Shark products. I recently bought a Shark steam mop and I am very satisfied with it. I also own a Shark "professional" vacuum cleaner which I love. A while back, I purchased a Shark clothes steamer. Although I have only used it a few times for clothes and never used the attachments, I was happy with the results. However, when I tried to steam a new shower curtain, the steamer malfunctioned. It started releasing steam from the handle, burning my hand, making it impossible to use. I hope to find a solution to this issue as I have been unable to steam properly with it.

I wanted to share my experience with a Shark product. I own several Shark items and have been happy with them except for the clothes steamer. While attempting to remove wrinkles, the steam started coming out of the handle instead of the nozzle, resulting in a burn on my hand. I stopped using it and tried again after it cooled, only to have the same issue. I thought it was important to bring this to your attention to prevent any potential injuries. Thank you.

We purchased the shark IZ363HT on Amazon on November 26th. We have only used it a few times in the past two weeks. Initially, the suction power was strong and the volume seemed normal. However, today when we tried to use it, the suction was poor and the volume quieter than before. I ensured it was charged and the dirt cup was empty, but the problem persisted. We checked for blockages under the power fins, looked for clogs in the handle, and inspected the filters, but found no visible issues. Unsure of why its performance has declined, I am seeking advice on how to resolve this problem.

I tried adding the blow dryer to my cart along with the coupon code "beauty20," which worked initially. However, when I added the lifetime warranty, the coupon code disappeared, and I couldn't reapply it. The online system doesn't seem to allow it. I really want to buy the product, but I was hoping to get the $20 off as advertised on the website.

I bought the Shark AI Self-Emptying robot in late November and it arrived on Saturday, December 11. While the robot was exploring our home, both sweeping brushes came off. We managed to find and reattach them, but they came off again towards the end of the exploration. Regrettably, we couldn't find the brushes this time. The instructions stated to snap the brushes into place, but we need two replacement brushes and guidance on how to attach them securely to the robot going forward.

I ordered a three-set of filters for my Shark vacuum. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my order. The staff member had trouble locating it. After several attempts with different numbers, they found it, and it showed as paid. There was some confusion regarding the payment verification, but it was eventually sorted out. However, they suggested I place a new order, which I agreed to. Later, I noticed that my original order had been deleted, and a new one was placed, scheduled for delivery in January, even though I had already paid for it.

My Shark AI robot repeatedly gives me an 'incorrect WiFi password' error, even though I'm certain the password is correct. It briefly connected a few times but didn't last. I exchanged it for a new one, but I can't get it to connect at all now. I have a modern Cisco dual-band router with 16 channels and multiple devices connected to it without issues. Despite explaining this to customer service, they were unhelpful. They made me repeat the same steps, and the last representative said I'd need to be referred to engineering, with a potential wait of a week or more for a callback. Frustrating experience with their support team.

I recently purchased a Shark IQ robot vacuum that was initially working well. However, it now fails to resume vacuuming as per the settings of Evacuate and resume or Recharge and resume. I noticed this issue after having to restore it to factory settings once. I believe the software installed on the robot after the factory reset may not be the correct one. Here is all the relevant information about my robot: [redacted].

I have a Shark VM200 that is barely used and won't charge. I attempted to contact Shark via email, but found out they don't have one. I recently spoke with Andrea over the phone and after that interaction, I am extremely dissatisfied with Shark's customer service. I currently own five Shark products and based on this experience, I am hesitant to buy from Shark again. I am considering sharing my negative experience with other vendors I patronize to inform them about the lack of product support from Shark.

I accidentally vacuumed up a small sharp object that got stuck in the hose running from the handle to the debris tank. I didn't want to pull or push it in further to avoid damaging the hose. To remove the hose from the handle safely, you need a special tool and to disassemble the handle by unscrewing special screws. I'd appreciate speaking with a representative to address my concerns and seek advice on how to handle this minor repair at home. Thank you.

Hi, during the first COVID-19 lockdown, I purchased a Shark Lift-Away from my local Curry's store. Due to the difficult circumstances surrounding the pandemic and my late mother's health issues, I don't believe I ever registered the product. Unfortunately, I've encountered an issue with the vacuum cleaner - there's a split in the cable near the entry point to the unit, causing the power to cut off frequently. Considering the price of the vacuum, I'm surprised this problem arose so soon after purchase. I have previously owned Dyson vacuums but decided to try a Shark based on positive reviews. I was happy with it until the cable started to split, both externally and internally, which we're unable to repair ourselves. Is there any assistance you could provide with this matter? Thank you.

I purchased the Shark cordless vacuum based on recommendations, but upon using it, I encountered two non-mechanical issues with the model I received. Firstly, the weight of the vacuum posed a problem as a registered disabled individual with severe rheumatoid arthritis, especially affecting my hands. Even using it as a handheld was challenging due to its heaviness. I have only used it three times, once as an upright and twice as a handheld, and found it did not perform adequately on my laminate floors. When I inquired at Curry's about returning it, they denied my request due to me discarding the box. The model I own is the Duo Clean IZ201UK26.

I purchased the VM252 A18Q2611A9R2 Vacmop in September but hardly used it. There seems to be a short within the vacuum, and it simply will not charge. Initially, I thought it was the magnetic charger not working, so I bought a $25.00 magnetic adapter directly from you. It arrived promptly within 2 days. I plugged it in, and it lit up to charge, but after several hours, the light faded, and the vacuum shorted out and refused to charge.
I kindly request a replacement of the entire unit with a brand new model that functions properly. I was looking forward to having an efficient household tool to save time and money as I clean my own house.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this product. Your assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated. I can provide the receipt of purchase via email. Thank you for your support.

Hello! I'm Thomas A. Mallow. I recently bought a Shark Apex Duo Clean AZ1002 upright vacuum from Kohl’s in Beavercreek, Ohio. Initially, the vacuum worked well, but I've been facing issues with the reclining mechanism and roller function. The handle is difficult to recline and makes abnormal crackling sounds. I'm unsure whether to return it to Kohl’s for an exchange or have it looked at by a repair shop under warranty. I have registered my product, and the serial number is U30K40A5A8H2. Contact me at [redacted] or visit me at [redacted] Heritage Park Blvd., Dayton, Ohio [redacted]. Thank you.

I recently purchased the Shark Apex DuoClean and encountered immediate issues. The vacuum would consistently stop with the rollers and lights turning off, along with the green indicator light shutting down. After contacting Shark's customer service, they advised me to purchase a new vacuum head, which seemed unnecessary for a brand-new product. Despite buying a new head, the problem persisted. With three kids and pets, I cannot continue investing in vacuums that do not function correctly. I believe Shark should replace the faulty unit with a different and more reliable model, rather than expecting customers to repeatedly spend on additional accessories for a new vacuum.

My vacuum's hose has broken in two spots, seeming almost sliced. Despite my efforts to keep it safe from my kids, as a busy parent of six and a business owner, I rely heavily on my vacuum for daily cleaning due to my OCD. After the first vacuum broke, I purchased a second, only to have the same issue within six months. Disappointed by the lack of assistance from Shark and Walmart, I am considering switching brands to Dyson, even though I prefer Shark. I provided the model and serial numbers to Shark but did not keep the receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached, I may have to change to Dyson despite my loyalty to Shark.
