I accidentally ordered the Easter Cookies jigsaw puzzle twice and now need guidance on returning one of them. Despite trying to find clear directions, I couldn't locate a contact form on the website. My order number is [redacted], and I can be reached at [redacted] I reside at [redacted] Sussex Drive in Cape Girardeau, MO [redacted]. I have been a loyal customer, having purchased 15 puzzles in the past few months. The lack of simplicity in the return process is disappointing. It would be helpful to have a return label or instructions for printing one in each box, along with a form to indicate the reason for the return. The emphasis on phone calls, which involve waiting, is not convenient. This experience has made me reconsider future orders, despite just placing an order for seven puzzles last night.
