I have Sennheiser Momentum 2 wireless headphones and I'm having trouble pairing them with specific devices. Despite trying to pair with my TV, they keep connecting to my iPhone or iPad instead. I want to exclusively use them with my TV, but every time I attempt to pair with it, the headphones unexpectedly power off. Although I successfully connected them to the TV twice before, I'm unsure of what I did differently. Can anyone offer guidance on how to correctly pair these headphones with my TV each time? I truly appreciate any assistance provided as these headphones are a special investment for me. Thank you for your help. -Sharon

I purchased Sennheiser/Massdrop PC37x headphones specifically for gaming. They work well when listening to music or watching YouTube videos, but during gameplay on Steam (Counter Strike Global Operations, Rainbow Six Siege, etc.), they sound quite muffled, as if something is blocking the sound. I tried using a DAC amp to improve the sound quality, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem.

I bought the Sennheiser CX [redacted] on November 18, [redacted], from Amazon. The product quality was excellent, as expected. Despite previously using this model and reordering without hesitation, cracks have started appearing on the wire over the past few months, exposing the inner copper in some places. Although this hasn't affected the sound quality, I've noticed an increase in cracks, making the headphones' wire very fragile. I'm afraid to take them out with me out of fear the wires might break.
I have the box and invoice and wonder if it's possible to get a replacement. I purchased them for travel use, but now I can only use them at home very carefully to prevent further damage. I appreciate any advice on this matter. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently received a pair of Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 as a Christmas gift and was pleased with them until recently.
About a week ago, the left earphone ceased producing any sound. The touch control and Bluetooth connection to my phone are functional, but there is no audio coming from the left earphone. The right earphone continues to work flawlessly, ruling out a volume issue. Despite attempting to connect to other devices and performing a factory reset, the problem persists. The earphones are adequately charged each night, and they are handled with care, avoiding drops or exposure to water.
This premature malfunction within two months of owning these expensive earphones has left me disappointed. I trust this is an isolated incident, considering the price and expectation of superior quality. I am hopeful that this issue can be resolved at no additional expense.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Regards,
Alexander McKeon-Silke

I recently bought the Sennheiser evolution wireless G4 system, ew112P G4-A, but both the transmitter and receiver are not turning off. Despite holding down the on/off button, there is no response to power off. Even after removing the batteries, the units power on again once the batteries are reinserted. This issue is unlike any I have experienced with Sennheiser products in the past 15 years. Could these units be defective and require replacement? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I purchased wireless headphones a year ago and typically connect them to my laptop. Due to always keeping the laptop's Bluetooth on, the headphones automatically connect to the laptop. Recently, my laptop's screen broke, making it impossible for me to disconnect the headphones. I now have a new laptop and want to pair the headphones with it, but they only connect to the old laptop, which I can't access. Is there a way to manually connect the headphones to the new laptop without using the old one? Would the Smart Control App be useful in this situation? I never had the app on the old laptop or any other device, but I'm willing to download it if it can help. Thank you.

We own a HDR160 system with two RS160 headsets that we rely on for TV enjoyment due to our hearing loss. Lately, we've been experiencing frequent audio signal drops, ranging from a second to more than 5 seconds. Despite being only 12 feet away from the transmitter, much closer than before, the issue persists. We've tried fresh batteries, ensured all connections are secure, and adjusted the transmitter volume without success. We've used these headsets for years and value their performance. Any assistance would be greatly welcomed. Thank you!

I sent my Sennheiser headphones for repair to their UK service center over a month ago. Royal Mail confirmed that they received it. Despite this, I have not received any email confirmation as promised. I have sent multiple emails but have not heard back. Additionally, I have tried calling their UK number (0[redacted]) several times, but I am unable to get through as they mention high call volumes and disconnect the call.

However, I have not received any further communication. Can someone please assist me with this? Thank you.

To whom it may concern,
I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 earphones from Amazon on May 15, [redacted]. Shortly after, on June 1, [redacted], I received a replacement due to initial audio issues.
After a year and a half of use, I have noticed that my current MTW 2 earphones' case light only shows red, despite regular charging. I typically charge the earbuds twice a week and believe this battery issue may be a product malfunction. I would like to request a repair or battery replacement under warranty.
Kind regards,
Valerie J.

I have been using the Sennheiser Model SBCT12 wireless headphones at my virtual call center for a few months without any issues. Recently, I started experiencing loud noises and the customer's voice began to sound distorted, making it difficult to use during calls. This issue occurs a few minutes into each call. I thought it might be a compatibility problem with my work computer, but after testing the headphones on my personal computer, I encountered the same problem. I need advice on how to get this repaired.

Dear Customer Service,
I am reaching out regarding my recent order of the Momentum In-Ear headset with the order number EU37540, received on [redacted]-01-03 at 23:46:26 +[redacted]. I used the UPS track and trace application and discovered that the package was not picked up at the UPS Access Pointâ„¢ and is being returned to the sender, with the shipment number 1ZW[redacted][redacted].
Regrettably, the package was not delivered to my address at Wazenaarstraat 38, [redacted] Gent, and I did not receive any notification from the driver regarding a pick-up point. I made the purchase using my credit card and have been waiting for over a month for the delivery. I have contacted Sennheiser customer service multiple times in the past week, but have not received any responses to my inquiries. The reference numbers for my previous attempts to contact them are C[redacted], C220131, and C[redacted].
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Your attention to this issue would be highly valued. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,

Years ago, I was deeply immersed in a professional gaming community when a professional gamer recommended Sennheiser headphones to me. Despite Astro being the leading brand at the time, I trusted his expertise garnered from tournament experiences. I purchased the PC [redacted] model, which has become my all-time favorite headset for its lightweight design and extreme comfort. Over the years, I have replaced the ear pads a few times, but the headset has remained sturdy. Lately, as the headphones have aged, I've noticed issues with the volume dial, requiring constant adjustments as the audio becomes too quiet. This becomes problematic during group chats. Additionally, I own a pair of HD [redacted] Pro headphones for movie-watching and audio editing due to their tight fit and lack of a microphone. Realizing the PC [redacted] model is dated, I seek recommendations for a current model similar to it. I value Sennheiser's audio quality and prioritize comfort for extended wear during work and gaming sessions. A headset without buzzing feedback that doesn't require a USB power source, yet provides a quality microphone with adjustable settings would be ideal. Thank you for assisting me in finding a suitable replacement model.

I own two Sennheiser Wireless TV systems. I have the RR840 with listening yoke and the RR840S with Sennheiser HD [redacted] PRO headphones. I am experiencing an issue with volume control. The RR840 is too quiet unless the TV output is above 30%. Meanwhile, with the output at 30%, the RR840S paired with the headphones is excessively loud even at volume 0.
I have attempted various adjustments on both units, but no solution has been found. Any advice on how to better match the volumes of the two devices or at least decrease the volume on the RR840S would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a pair of wireless headphones about 2 years ago for my wife to use with the living room TV. The ear padding material has started peeling off not long after we got them. Despite the good sound quality, we're disappointed by the poor material. The model is DR [redacted] headphones. This experience has made me decide not to buy from this company again.

I am having issues with the left earbud on my Sennheiser MOMENTUM Wireless 3 Earbuds. It is frustrating to deal with this problem, especially after spending over $[redacted] on them. The left earbud has not been working consistently, and now it is not working at all. I would appreciate guidance on how to fix this problem effectively to prevent it from happening again. I look forward to your response.
