Hello, I recently purchased an open-box Samsung Galaxy S10e from an eBay reseller. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue when trying to connect to the internet. Despite being able to use messaging and phone services, I have been unsuccessful in accessing the internet. My phone displays a message stating, "please check your network connection and try again." I initially believed a GSM factory-unlocked phone would work fine by transferring my current sim card, but it seems I might have missed a step or there could potentially be a problem with the phone or my local store representative. I recently contacted Selectel Wireless because I've been unable to access my hotspot. Even though I have the ebb and my plan is supposed to include the hotspot for my tablet, I couldn't use it. Their customer service representative initially informed me that I didn't have hotspot capability on my plan and said they would add it. However, after trying to reset my phone as they instructed, I not only couldn't access the hotspot but my internet stopped working entirely. Upon reaching out to them again, they claimed everything was fine on their end and advised me to restart my phone once more to resolve the issues. Unfortunately, after doing so, I found that I couldn't make or receive any calls. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service from different devices, I have been unable to get through for assistance. Even after a year and multiple devices later, I am still facing the same problems. I believe Selectel Wireless is engaging in fraudulent practices, and I hope they are held accountable for misleading customers.

Hello, my name is Ken Ray. I recently received my government phone and service on Saturday at Connecting Ground Church in Springfield, MO. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing numerous issues with the service and data. The phone keeps indicating that I am not connected to the internet, and I have had no phone service. Additionally, it takes a long time to charge, making it difficult for me to enjoy my phone and listen to music on the go, especially since I reside in an area where accessing Wi-Fi is challenging. Another problem I encountered is that I am unable to make phone calls due to my SIM card locking me out. To contact you, I had to remove the SIM card to connect to Wi-Fi. There seems to be a code issue related to the SIM card that I was not informed about, and I do not have this code as I never set it up myself. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter so that I can use my phone and make calls. If necessary, I can visit your location after 3:30 as my job agency is hosting a party and providing food for employees.

My telephone, [redacted], was stolen last Sunday night. I need it replaced promptly. I have called multiple times, waiting for 18 minutes before hanging up. I left a message with my work number, asking for a representative to provide your address in Borough Park so I could pick up the phone or have it shipped.
I did not receive a call back. I was in Borough Park for 3 days, ready to retrieve the phone. If I don't hear from you within 24 hours, I will consider our contract void due to the difficulty in reaching you and will seek services elsewhere.
I hope we can solve this smoothly. However, my patience is limited, especially after multiple failed attempts and a previous two-and-a-half-week wait for my previous phone.

I was discussing with Charter Spectrum about a $30 plan for home internet that also includes unlimited mobile internet, talk, and text. I want to consolidate my bills and services with them as per the ACP. However, I've had issues setting up Spectrum Mobile and Qlink services with new sim cards they sent, encountering "sim not supported" errors. I believe my information is still accessible and I hope to activate my phone through them using my original sim card. Currently, my phone has no service and I'm using Textnow with the number 1-[redacted]. I've tried to contact you through the website twice, but it's not responding. I am starting to get very upset. I would like my data refreshed so I can use my apps. I have low-speed data only. I've been on hold for over an hour in total after trying to call three times. It's unprofessional not to respond, especially considering you will be closing soon. I've had many recent problems with your service not answering. Unlimited means unlimited, so please refresh my service before your business day ends today. Not responding to a customer after many attempts to contact your service in both ways is very unprofessional, as I mentioned.

I upgraded my plan from $30 to $40 and enrolled in the ACP program by paying an additional $10. However, my phone is now disconnected. I followed troubleshooting steps advised online like turning off the phone, waiting, and putting it in airplane mode, but I still cannot make calls.

My service stopped, so I made a payment through the automatic payment system. The payment went through, the service was added, but my phone does not work. I spoke to Selectel service agents twice, and they advised me to shut off the phone and restart it. I followed their instructions multiple times, even removing the SIM card, but nothing has fixed the issue. When I restart the phone, it briefly shows service, but the main screen displays "Verizon Wireless" instead of "Home." When I try to make a call, it remains quiet, and after a few seconds, the call ends with a "Service Unavailable" message. I urgently need my phone to work, as my wife might go into labor at any minute. Please assist me with resolving this problem.
