I placed an order on December 7, [redacted]. I received false "delivered at doorstep" tracking messages from OnTrac. They first claimed the package was delivered, then, after waiting for over an hour on hold, they said it was sent to the wrong address. I have had deliveries sent to the same address many times before. See's Candy informed me that they cannot control the delivery company and my Dad's Christmas present will now arrive on December 29, [redacted]. It is now January 4, [redacted], and my parents have been checking daily but there is no delivery and no one has contacted me regarding the issue. Even though UPS has the correct address, the candy was reportedly sent back twice due to address errors. This situation has caused my Dad to not receive his Christmas present this year. I have been a loyal customer for decades and have always enjoyed gifting your products on special occasions. This year, due to my circumstances, I had to order online, but the handling of this order has been disappointing. I hope a supervisor can contact me promptly regarding this matter.
