On June 16, [redacted], I placed an order for parts to fix my Kenmore refrigerator. Unfortunately, the package never arrived, and UPS claims it was delivered with no resolution. I had paid $[redacted] for these parts. As of today, June 18, [redacted], I am still without the necessary parts or a working fridge. To make matters worse, a scheduled appointment with a Sears technician today was missed. I am now seeking a complete refund so I can explore alternative repair options. The level of service from the Sears Repair service in Puerto Rico has been disappointing, and their automated phone system has been unhelpful in resolving these issues.

Our refrigerator, covered by warranty, stopped working on 7-2. A technician from Sears visited on 7-5 and diagnosed a faulty compressor, stating they would order the part. The repair was set for 7-14. On that day, we received a text claiming the technician had attempted to visit but we were not home. Despite no voicemail left, our Ring doorbell showed otherwise, revealing the technician just drove by without stopping. Numerous calls to Sears led nowhere, and we were rescheduled for 7-27, leaving us without a fridge for a month. Promises to escalate this were unfulfilled, with no repair in sight. We seek an earlier appointment and a refund of the $[redacted].99 warranty cost due to the mishandling by said employee. We also advise against sending the same technician for future repairs.

I need assistance with returning unnecessary parts and receiving a refund for the ice maker repair. The technician recommended a new ice maker which I purchased for $[redacted].23. However, after his visit, the original ice maker started working again. I want to return the part and get a partial refund of $[redacted].51 for labor costs included in the total. The service order number for this issue is [redacted]7, dated 7/24/[redacted], and the Technician ID is [redacted]. Thank you.

I have been waiting for 4 months to get my washer fixed, but the last two times the repairman did nothing. I keep getting charged multiple times for the same service, even though Sears canceled my last appointment. The repairman is scheduled to come on the 10th, but I have already paid a significant amount for the repair. During his visit, he went into my laundry room and tampered with the filters, claiming they were clogged when they were not. He made the situation worse by damaging my washer. I am frustrated with the service and considering getting rid of Sears if my washer isn't fixed properly this time. Is there a contact number I can use to address this issue?

I have arranged two repair appointments for my refrigerator, but the technician did not show up both times. I have a warranty plan. The automated messages I receive do not identify my number. Contacting you through the phone system is impossible. This situation led to missing two days of work for us. If I handled my work responsibilities in the same manner, I would face termination. I am unable to reach anyone to understand the reason for this issue. I am finished with Sears, and I intend to cancel my credit card associated with your company. Instead, I will search for a local provider to service my appliances, both of which are currently under warranty.

I am disappointed with the lack of customer service regarding my appointment to fix my dryer. Despite my repeated calls to different numbers, I have only received automated responses. My appointment is already overdue, and the repairman is still far away according to the online tracker, with no notification of delay. I need to escalate this issue to a manager and will be reaching out to Sears corporate office. I request a service manager from Las Vegas to contact me promptly.

Subject: Urgent Help Needed with Refrigerator Repair Appointment
Dear Customer Service,
I have been eagerly awaiting the technician to repair my refrigerator all day, following the text confirmation I received earlier (please refer to the attached screenshot). Despite my multiple attempts to reach out via phone (over 20 calls), I have only been met with an unhelpful automated system that provides appointment information but no option to speak with a live representative. To my dismay, the appointment date has been moved from September 7th to September 20th, causing a significant inconvenience as I had cleared my schedule for today's initial appointment.
Please urgently address this issue and reschedule the repair for today. I can be reached at [redacted]. Your prompt assistance in rectifying this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Syed A.

I had an appointment yesterday for my annual appliances checkup. I waited the whole day, but nobody showed up. I received no updates until late afternoon, saying they would come by 4:45, yet no one arrived. My protection agreement is up for renewal, and I am reconsidering. After multiple attempts to reach a live person, I encountered some communication issues with non-courteous representatives. I've had the agreement since [redacted] and was previously satisfied until now. This lack of communication is very disappointing. I have not received any explanation for the missed appointment. All they offer is to reschedule, which is inconvenient as I already wasted a day waiting. Please contact me promptly. I am considering reporting this to the BBB if I don't hear back soon. Email is okay, but a call would be preferred.

I paid in advance for a dishwasher repair over a month ago, and the first technician sent ordered the incorrect part. Consequently, the repair couldn't be completed as the part lacked a crucial washer. Now, the second technician apparently ordered the right part, but when attempting to track it on the website, only the previous incorrect order is visible. It seems the correct part may not have been ordered at all.
Efforts to call and resolve the issue have been futile, as only a machine responds. This frustrating situation has led me to demand a refund promptly. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by your company and wish to be reimbursed promptly.
I prefer a phone call to discuss this matter further rather than correspondence by email. You can reach me at [redacted].

I recently had a scheduled appointment with Sears Home Appliance Repair Service for my washing machine. The initial 8am-5pm timeframe was adjusted via text to 6:30-7:30pm on the same day, and later rescheduled for three days later at 6:30pm without any live discussion. Unfortunately, I was left waiting the entire day for service without any apology for the inconvenience or opportunity to talk to someone about the changes. This lack of live customer support and reliance on automated responses has left me feeling frustrated and upset.

I've been attempting to contact customer service for over 45 minutes now without success. It's frustrating to only encounter automated recordings instead of speaking with a live representative. There are so many different contact numbers provided, and it's confusing to choose the right one. I was waiting all day for a technician's appointment yesterday, but they never showed up. There were no updates provided, not even on the website. This situation has left me feeling quite aggravated.

I have requested service three times, initially to replace a part that did not resolve the issue, and later to challenge the claim that the part was faulty, which I now doubt. I wish to cancel the replacement part on order, as it is indefinitely out of stock, and receive a refund for the disputed part. However, I have struggled to reach a representative as the automated system disconnected my calls after attempting four different numbers yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, there is no physical store I can visit, and the technician has not been responsive to my inquiries.

Since December 18th, I've been without an oven. A repair technician from Sears visited at the end of January to address the issue and ordered 3 parts, with a scheduled fix for tomorrow on February 27th. Unfortunately, one part has been on backorder for a month, leaving me without any resolution. I'm in dire need of a functioning oven and have shown great patience throughout this process.
I'm uncertain of the timeframe for this backorder and whether the part is still being manufactured. Despite paying into a protection plan for over a decade, I'm struggling to reach a human representative to discuss this frustrating situation. If obtaining the necessary part proves impossible, I'm considering purchasing a new oven as baking has been impossible for the past three months. If the part remains unavailable, I'd like to explore the option of purchasing a new oven promptly.
