I am feeling frustrated with the customer service. They keep requesting more information about my Monopoly game issues. I have lost dice, missing stickers that were supposed to be sent to me but never arrived, and I rolled double sixes with a x100 multiplier to escape jail but didn't receive my dice. I also had problems with a purchase where I was charged but never got the package. I am requesting compensation for my losses. It takes days to get a reply, and when I provide the information, I still don't get a response. I hope they take better care of their players.

I encountered an issue with the app this morning. I purchased a package and have been unable to play since as the game would not load. Even after I deleted and restarted the app multiple times, it still did not function properly. I missed out on participating in a tournament where I was leading and completing other challenges due to this issue. I am disappointed after investing so much money into the game. I hope this problem gets resolved soon as I am unable to collect the stickers I need to progress further in the game.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my long-standing Yahtzee with Buddies account on my new iPhone. The instructions provided by Scopely do not accurately depict the login options accessible in the settings. The chatbot continuously redirects me to these articles.
Upon completing the tutorial, I tap on the profile circle at the upper left corner and select "settings" from the menu on the upper right. Subsequently, the game generates a predetermined username and account number, which I cannot replace with my own information to log in to my established account.
I did not link my account to Facebook and only wish to input my username, account ID, and password. I am frustrated by the inability to do so.

I logged into my account and noticed that the numbers under my name are missing. When I click on my picture, a screen appears where nothing is interactive; only the animations of people and cars moving. There are no buttons to click on or any options at all. I attempted to take screenshots, but I am unable to access my account fully to provide my ID number. I am seeking assistance to recover my account, as there are no options available for me to proceed.

When I log into my account, I realize that the numbers under my name are missing. I lost my progress in Monopoly Go. Previously, I had my Facebook account linked and could easily log in to access my account. However, today when I tried to connect to the game with my Facebook account, I found a different profile with a level of 0. My original account was at level [redacted] with the name Apan. My Facebook name is Mohd Zhafran. I play on a Samsung Galaxy A21s and my Monopoly Go money amount is [redacted][redacted]. I was also using dice with values of 9+. I would like to recover my original account, please.

Today, I experienced an issue with the community chest mini-game. After submitting what I thought was a ticket to report the problem, I was shocked to receive an email from Scopely stating my request for account deletion had been approved, and my account would be deleted in 30 days. This is unbelievable. The submission page needs to clearly indicate that it's for account deletion. There was no warning whatsoever. If my account ends up being deleted, I expect a refund for the money I've spent on the game. It's frustrating that there's no way to contact a real person to resolve this. I'm now left waiting anxiously, hoping my account won't be deleted within the next 30 days.

I have two phones, each with different Facebook accounts. Recently, one of my phones broke, so I logged into the same phone for Facebook and Monopoly Go. Now one of my accounts is missing, and the other is connecting to the wrong Facebook. Despite unlinking and reinstalling both Facebook and Monopoly, the issue persists. I have reached out to Scopely multiple times, but they keep giving me the same solutions that I have already tried without success.

I am experiencing an issue with my two phones and two separate Facebook accounts. One of my phones broke, so I logged in with both accounts on the same phone to access Facebook and Monopoly Go. However, one account is now missing, and the other one is linking to the wrong Facebook account. Despite trying to unlink the accounts, uninstalling both Facebook and Monopoly Go apps, the problem persists. I have reached out to Scopely multiple times, but their suggestions have not resolved the issue. Additionally, when the account connects to the wrong Facebook, the name changes to match that Facebook's profile. Although I have attempted to change the name back and link it to the correct Facebook, nothing happens when I click "connect."

I have four Monopoly GO accounts. One of them has a different tournament event prize compared to the other three accounts. Upon discussing this with my friend, he confirmed that his three accounts have the standard prizes: first place receives [redacted] dice, second place receives [redacted] dice, and third place receives [redacted] dice. I recently received a new iPhone for Christmas, and Apple transferred all the data from my old phone to the new one. However, most of the items required me to sign in again, including my Yathzee with Buddies game which was linked to Scopely. Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve my account despite trying everything I could think of. I am at a loss and unable to access my account, which means I can't use the Christmas money to make any purchases. I believe my account still has items from my last purchase. I need help recovering my account on Yahtzee with Buddies. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, losing my progress. I started playing in [redacted] with Facebook, but since I closed that account, I don't have access to my password. Additionally, I no longer use Google services, so my email has changed.
