I attempted to purchase the Scentiment mini starter kit twice, but only fragrances showed up in my order summary. I prefer to receive the diffuser, not more fragrances. Today, I received the fragrances I ordered in April. Please cancel the recent order. I will determine my preferred fragrances later. Kindly advise on how to purchase only the mini starter kit and one bottle of fragrance.

The phone number listed here is not functional. I placed orders on May 2 and May 3, but as of May 16, neither has been shipped with no updates. There is no phone number available, only a support email. I prefer speaking with a real person and receiving the items I purchased.
Update: As of May 22, I finally received my order. The diffuser quality seems good, but the scent is not strong; it's barely noticeable unless near it. I'm disappointed with the $[redacted] 12-pack of scent oils; many of them are unpleasant. I'm returning one unopened diffuser but unable to return the scent oils as the seal must be punctured to smell them.
