SaskTel Customer Service Issues

Our sasktel.net email addresses are currently experiencing issues when replying to emails using our iPhone or iPad. While we can access the emails through your website, the problem persists on our mobile devices. After contacting support, they acknowledged the issue on your end and mentioned running a test from your website. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem with outgoing emails from [redacted] and [redacted] on our iPhone or iPad. Due to a power outage, we are unable to reach out to you by phone regarding this matter.

I am disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by this company. The high prices do not justify the poor level of service offered. The "Be Kind Online" initiative seems insincere, especially when compared to how people really communicate on social media platforms. I believe too much emphasis is placed on technology to connect people when personal interaction is more effective. A more human approach to customer service, like answering phones, is necessary. The constant advertisements and automated messages are off-putting. Overall, the company's priorities seem misplaced, with luxuries like extended vacations for managers over quality service. The exorbitant fees are unjustified, and I feel that both corporations and governments are more focused on self-interest than serving the public. There is a need to reassess the values and practices of the organization to truly meet customer needs.
