I would like to inquire about a product I bought twice, the Sanuk Pair O Dice Shoes in Blue Mirage. I purchased the first pair in April [redacted] from REI and the second pair a couple of weeks ago from Amazon. The colors of the two pairs appear to be different. The product numbers are the same: [redacted], but there are different numbers on the tags. The [redacted] pair has "FB1118K" on the tag, while the latest pair has "FB1119H." I am curious if these numbers represent different fabric colors. I am wondering if the color changed between the two purchases despite the name remaining the same. Any clarification on the difference in color would be greatly appreciated.

For the past 7 years, I've been exclusively wearing Sanuk shoes, and I absolutely love them. Living in a hot climate, I wear them every day, including for work. As I don't have a Sanuk store nearby, I usually stock up on a few pairs when I visit Orlando on holiday. I've even purchased pairs for my family because I admire the shoes so much. Typically, a pair of Sanuks lasts me around a year, which considering how often I wear them, is remarkable. I had bought two pairs before the pandemic hit, saving one for this trip since I knew I'd be using them daily. To my dismay, after just 7 days, one of the pairs split where the sheets meet. Thinking no problem, as I could visit the Sanuk store at Disney Springs, I was met with an unexpected response. Despite showing them that these shoes were essentially new, with photo evidence, the staff rudely claimed they didn't carry Sanuks and couldn't assist me. Their 20% discount offer on another pair felt insufficient, especially since I already had new pairs at home. Feeling disheartened by the interaction and lack of resolution, I left the store disappointed. As a loyal customer for so many years, this experience has soured my perception of the brand, and I'll now have to search for a different shoe company. The poor customer service and dismissive attitude of the staff have made me reconsider continuing to support Sanuk.
