I would like to address some communication issues I have been experiencing. I am deaf, and despite this, I keep receiving repetitive phone calls from [redacted], supposedly from Santander Consumer USA. The caller, who identifies as "Gary," leaves voicemails for a "Brian DeMarco," which has been misheard as my name. I want to clarify that my name is not Brian DeMarco, and I do not have any association or loans with this company. The constant calls to my number, [redacted], are distressing, considering I have held this number for over 22 years. I urge them to cease all contact with me immediately.

I am experiencing issues with my car payment as my bank mistakenly stopped it and sent a letter to your accounting department to resend the payment. Despite this, nothing has been resolved and I am facing the risk of losing my car and damaging my credit. I have always been punctual with my payments. Please refer to the letter from Eufaula Bank stating they will pay once the payment is resent. I am requesting a call from a manager as I have had no success with customer service. I prefer communication via phone and my name is Margo K., located at [redacted] Springcreek Rd., Eufaula, Oklahoma.

I have been experiencing issues with Santander regarding my mortgage payment for the estate of James A. Wojcik, with loan number [redacted]. On March 9th, I informed Santander via email that the Key Bank account would be closed and that I preferred using the payment coupon instead of direct payment. I reiterated this in a letter sent in April and spoke to a representative about it three times. Despite these efforts, I received a letter on Saturday stating that the bank account was closed (which I am aware of) and that I owe a payment for September with a fee. I have proof of my monthly mortgage statement dated 09/05/[redacted] showing a payment due of $[redacted].23. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue as attempting to reach a representative by phone has proven to be challenging. The confusion has even led to me unintentionally making duplicate payments in recent months, which has been frustrating.

Regarding Account #[redacted]1 for Mr. Larry B. Caraway: I am Masoyna M. Morgan, the executor of Larry B. Caraway's estate. He is my late father, who passed away on 01/28/[redacted]. The vehicle mentioned in the contract under his name has never been located at [redacted] North Nimitz apartment #53 as stated in the contract. Jeremy James, my brother, also has no knowledge of this vehicle or any financial commitments our father may have had. Upon being informed by Santander on 02/02/[redacted] of a missed auto loan payment, my husband, Dewayne L. Morgan, investigated the contract and found that it was entered into without my father's full awareness or ability to repay. Larry B. Caraway, a 78-year-old US Navy disabled Veteran, relies on limited resources from his pension and benefits. It appears this contract was either fraudulent or conducted in a predatory manner involving Santander USA, KIA Automobile Dealership, and other parties. I aim to locate the vehicle soon and will involve law enforcement to investigate potential predatory practices in this case.

Hello, I'm Frankie Gonzalez, a Santander member interested in applying for a personal loan to consolidate debt. I faced a technical issue while completing the online application halfway through. Now, I am unable to finish the application despite using the application number to resume where I stopped. Each time I try, I receive a message saying I can't proceed or that my application has expired. When I try to restart, I keep getting redirected to the same unfinished application. On 8/30/23, I attempted to submit my car payment, but encountered an error message stating the payment did not process. I waited until the following day and tried again, successfully completing the payment. Unfortunately, Santander charged me twice for the car payment, causing my Bank of America account to go into the negative by $[redacted]. I urgently need a refund for the duplicate payment to cover my pending mortgage payment.
