San Francisco International Airport Customer Service Issues

On June 16th, I accidentally left a black three-ring binder with a return address sticker on the counter of the Help Desk near Delta baggage claim (Flight #[redacted] from Seattle). I am hoping to find out if the young ladies who assisted me happened to pick it up and it's still at the desk or if they turned it over to lost and found. The binder contains personal information that I would like to recover. Can someone please provide me with a phone number to contact for further assistance regarding this issue?

My partner and I boarded United Airlines flight UA680. We were told to check in our carry-on bags, even though we thought we could keep them with us. Initially, there was confusion during check-in, and the clerk almost checked us in for a different flight under a different name. Unfortunately, our bag did not make it to Chicago. The computer system has no record of Britney M. or Joseph A. checking in a bag yesterday, and we have misplaced the tracking sticker. We have filed a claim with file reference number ORD12183M. Our bag contains important documents, medication, and many valuables. A friend who is a flight attendant advised me to contact the airport, so that's why I'm reaching out to you via email.
