Good morning, I would like to address the issue I am facing regarding my PAN number linked to SBI Account No. [redacted]1. A TDS sum of Rs. 2,[redacted].00 was deducted on 09.09.[redacted] by the SBI New Gayatri Nagar branch. Despite my previous submission of I.T. returns for the last three years, the bank deducted this amount. The branch responded rudely when I raised the concern, instructing me to contact the I.T. department for a refund, which is inaccurate. The correct refund process should occur during my next year's I.T. return filing. I request a swift resolution and the refund of Rs. 2,[redacted]/- as there was no fault on my end. Additionally, my cash transaction limit is Rs. 1 Cr. and not Rs. 20 lakhs as claimed by the SBI New Gayatri Nagar branch officials. Thank you. B. Venkat Reddy

Dear Sir/Madam, I am inquiring about the deduction of INR [redacted].00 as an ECH return charge from my bank account number [redacted]24. My SIP date is supposed to be on the 1st of the next month, but the deduction occurred three days prior in the old month, causing the ECH mandate to bounce due to my salary not being credited yet. This led to the bank debiting charges, which has not happened in previous months. The premature deduction of SIPs has resulted in around Rs. [redacted]/- in losses due to the early execution, contrary to the scheduled date set on the Groww app. I kindly request a refund of the return charges, as this situation has caused unforeseen financial loss. I have attached a screenshot for your review, showing a total deduction of INR [redacted].00. Your prompt attention and assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am currently residing in Australia with my family following my retirement as a teacher in a Punjab Government school in India. I receive a pension and hold an account at the State Bank of India, Nakodar Branch ([redacted]) in Jalandhar District with Account Number: [redacted]/2. I have provided my Aadhaar Card and PAN Card. Over the years, I have consistently submitted my life certificates or visited the bank for this purpose. I have been accessing my account through internet banking for quite some time. However, last month when I attempted to log in, it prompted for an OTP that was sent to my phone number. Given my current location in Australia, I am unable to receive the OTP on my Indian number. Despite submitting the necessary form and identity proof to change my phone number to the Branch Manager at the State Bank of India Nakodar, the change has not reflected. I am looking to update my phone number to +[redacted]7 (where +61 is the country code for Australia) to receive the OTP. Any guidance on how to proceed with this change would be greatly appreciated. I have been using Google Pay with my State Bank of India account for many years, so I usually know how to resolve any issues. Recently, while trying to send money to another Google Pay user, my transaction was repeatedly canceled despite numerous attempts. Even after contacting Google Pay customer support, I was unable to resolve the issue using their suggested steps. After clearing all Google Pay data and restarting, I faced another problem of being unable to add my SBI account due to SMS verification time-outs. Despite trying various fixes, reaching out to customer support multiple times, and even upgrading my data plan, I still couldn't add my account. I suspect SBI's server may be the issue as I encountered the same problem with other mobile banking apps. I have exhausted all possible solutions and researched extensively, so I hope for a more effective resolution than repeating the same troubleshooting steps.

Hello, my name is Azhar Ali, and my account is with SBI Industrial Estate, Fazal Ganj, Kanpur. The YONO SBI app was hanging, so I deleted and re-downloaded it. I am currently in Muscat, Oman for over 20 days, but can't log in. After choosing customer or old, when I click on old, after selecting the SIM, it says "Cannot send message now, please try later." This has been happening for 20 days. I have tried deleting and downloading the app multiple times. My SIM is active, and so is my plan. I receive all messages and OTPs except for the OTP required for YONO app login. Please check and let me know what the issue is. My account number is [redacted], and my mobile number is [redacted]. Dear Sir, I have been a loyal customer of SBI Bank for many years. Unfortunately, I lost my debit card on February 11th, which I promptly blocked. I applied for a new debit card at the SBI Bank Main Branch on Old Agra Road in Nashik. It has been a month since I applied, and I have yet to receive my new card. Despite reaching out to customer care, I have not received any assistance or a tracking ID for my card. The case number [redacted]8 for dispatch was generated, but I have not been able to track my card. I have been without my card for a month and unable to access my funds. I was extremely disappointed with the helpline call I made. The staff is poorly informed, which is unacceptable. The customer account page is often inaccessible with no help available. It is concerning what the SBI IT Department is doing. The helpline's standard response is to call back in two hours, assuming customers have ample time. This level of service is the worst I have ever experienced. Bank managers also lack courteous behavior towards customers. I am willing to expose these issues if given the opportunity without hesitation. Customer grievances are increasing daily, which is detrimental to the bank. I urge the authorities to address the unsatisfactory situation at SBI branches.

Dear Sir, I am a customer of SBI bank. Unfortunately, my ATM card was not generated for me, despite multiple attempts. I have applied for a new ATM card several times, but each time I have not received it. I have also tried registering for the SBI YONO app thrice, but the registration does not seem to go through successfully. When I open the app on my mobile, it prompts me to register again without any progress.

I am having trouble paying my credit card bill online because I can't log in without receiving an OTP on my registered phone number, which I no longer use. I have my ID and password but can't proceed with the payment because my HDFC debit card is not listed as an option. I am unable to change my phone number as I am an NRI and currently not in India. Please assist me in finding a solution to pay my bill.

I am Vijayalakshmi Balusu, a State Bank of India account holder at the Ramachandrapuram branch in East Godavari district. I am facing issues with not receiving my OTP through the secure OTP app. I am unable to access my account currently. Can customer service assist me in changing my OTP delivery method from the app to SMS or email? Additionally, I have been attempting to check my account balance through WhatsApp without success. Dear Sir/Madam, I, VENKATESH K M, hold a savings account ([redacted]4) at the SBI Akshay Nagar branch. A wrong transfer was made to account number [redacted]1. Following a transaction via Western Union, I received a notification from them indicating the transfer of funds to my account, but the money was not credited. As I have urgent financial commitments including EMI payments, I contacted Western Union for assistance. They requested a statement from me and informed me they had indeed sent the money to my account. However, I have not received the funds. I have contacted my SBI branch, and after several days, they provided me with transaction number TPW[redacted][redacted]. This is an urgent matter, and I kindly request an update on the status of this transaction. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing on behalf of my father, Retd. Lt Col. Dharam Pal Gupta, a retired Indian army officer receiving his pension at SBI, East Patel Nagar branch, New Delhi. Both my parents, joint account holders, now reside with me in Canada. Facing difficulties with the account related to changes in phone numbers and technology updates, we recently updated their KYC and requested new ATM and internet access at the branch in March. Despite being assured that the items would be sent to our Canadian address, we have not received them after more than 3 weeks. I need to report a fraudulent transaction I recently made. I came across an Instagram page that falsely claimed to be authorized by Google for trading and investments, guaranteeing [redacted]% profits. After I initially invested an amount, they then demanded more than double the original payment for a supposed wallet deposit. When I refused to pay the additional amount and questioned why this was not disclosed upfront, they are now refusing to refund me. They are insisting that I pay the extra money or they will not return any funds to me.
