The following are issues that customers reported to GetHuman about SAIA Inc. customer service, archive #1. It includes a selection of 5 issue(s) reported May 1, 2019 onward. If you have a similar customer service issue, this page will help you find current, up-to-date answers and solutions too.
We are still awaiting the contact information of the decision-making manager. The original request was made in March.
We were informed that we would receive a full refund after the issue was resolved, not just the $[redacted] credit applied to our account.
Saia made false representations to MaxTransmit to win business. Internal miscommunication between Saia employees caused the package delivery failure. The promised delivery time was repeatedly delayed, causing significant problems for us.
Saia suggested an expensive solution to avoid further delays, increasing costs significantly. This exploitation led us to pay much more than the original quote, resulting in financial losses and damage to our reputation.
Please provide us with contact information for a person with the authority to resolve this matter fairly.

Our delivery was scheduled for 3pm today. We were informed the driver would call an hour before arriving. Unfortunately, we missed a call from an [redacted] area code number this morning at 10:30, assuming it was a telemarketer. After contacting the company about the missed call, we were told the delivery would be delayed until tomorrow with no specific time. We had prepared for the delivery today, including arranging help due to the item's weight. However, the lack of communication and unhelpful Customer Service has left us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I sent an industrial knife from Richmond, VA to Raleigh, NC to ensure delivery by Friday, Nov 29, [redacted]. The pallet was rerouted to Charlotte where it was photographed before supposedly being sent to Raleigh, NC, but it never made it onto the truck. The recipient visited terminals in Raleigh, Charlotte, and Greensboro to locate the shipment to no avail. I visited the Richmond, VA terminal and spoke with David, who confirmed the pallet's photo in Charlotte. This missing part is vital for our equipment, and a replacement is costly and takes over 3 months to produce. It's now Thursday, Dec 5, and there's been no update on its whereabouts. I urgently need assistance from management.

I am reaching out from Pneumex in Sandpoint, Idaho regarding a missing pallet inquiry. We have been in constant communication with our client. The pallet was loaded onto the truck on April 15th. The driver verified taking all 3 pieces, and we have documentation to support this. Our compact facility rules out misplacement, and we value our client's needs. The driver captured images of the boxes but not the pallet. Requesting photos of the unload in Spokane, referencing trailer [redacted] for unloading and [redacted] for loading. Driver number is [redacted]. Seeking prompt resolution, as we are certain the pallet was shipped. I personally oversaw its placement on the lift gate. Tracking information is [redacted]05. Kindly provide details on the pallet's location. For urgent assistance, please contact Pneumex at [redacted] and ask for Spring or Rod.
